The contest was really good this year. The venue was amazing. Nice set props and audiovisual material. I was not impressed with the EAS band, especially the back ups for the artists. For EPE, is there some way to get these guys to sing different songs. Elvis recorded over 800 songs but we hear the same 15 or so over and over and over.
The Elvis Tribute Contest was more fun than a person has a right to! All contestants were talented, dedictated Elvis performers. Thanks to these wonderful guys, the memory of Elvis lives on. LOVED IT!!!!!
Was ok but most of them didn't even sing like Elvis, they sang his songs but their voice was not like his(which was amazing). And of course, no one was as handsome as Elvis, especially these guys.
enjoyed the show an the stars done a good job at preforming like Elvis Just thought there was a better one that should have won than the one that did.
it wasn't as good as i was expecting , but you did enjoy the talent these young men have .and keeping the king alive
What a wonderful, fun evening that paid tribute to the King --- Elvis Presley! The seven finalists were great, but didn't agree with judges' choice as the winner. Overall, it was a wonderful venue and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I plan to attend again next year.
Show was good but seats were not. Are tickets also sold at event site? It appeared as though people were purchasing tickets the night of the event and I wondered if they were getting better seats. I have purchased tickets through Ticketmaster for Kenny Rogers and I think they are better seats.
Can't believe the jury did not let Eddie Miles go to the second round. He was good and way better than some of them.
The show was great, but my wife and I didn't care for the judges. We thought there selections in some cases were bad. Oveall it was good.
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a show with some of the best ETA's in the business. All of the entertainers were amazing and gave Elvis's memory the honor he deserves.
The show was great. could not find a bad seat anywhere. Went last year and will go next year.
The Best show ever......amazing.....unforgetable...can't wait until the next one. Venue was excellent...great place!
This was an absolutely amazing. All the contestants worked very hard to put on five crowd pleasing events. The final was beyond amazing. I think Elvis would be proud to be represented by any of the final five. Great fun! Thanks Harrah's Cherokee
If Elvis actually sang here, he would have placed 3rd or lower. The performances were great, as was the MC. The finally seemed to be very audienced swayed. I do not see the "victor" going far in Memphis. I had him 3rd out of 5 and my Elvisphile wife did not connect at all. Same as the TV talent shows. Popularity out weighs real talent. We'll see how Memphis rules. Had great seats in an great place
Ultimate Elvis Contest was a great show. Eddie Miles won the event but the other 4 performers did great!! So glad Eddie won!!
I took my mom to this show because it happened to fall on the same day as her 69th birthday, and, being the huge Elvis fan that she is, she had a blast. :) Everyone did a great job and the casino did a great job of running the event in an orderly fashion. We had a wonderful time.
