About

U.S. Men's National Team Soccer Live

With new coach Gregg Berhalter at the helm, the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team (USMNT) is on the verge of re-establishing itself as a world soccer powerhouse. Berhalter is a USMNT veteran himself and coached in Sweden, as well as for Major League Soccer's (MLS) Columbus Crew.

"Ball circulation, breaking lines, goal-scoring opportunities. That should be the DNA of this team," Berhalter said in a press conference. In 2019, he'll count on the veteran leadership of Captain Michael Bradley, who has made 142 appearances for USMNT, along with emerging stars in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic, Newcastle United defender DeAndre Yedlin, and Hannover 96 striker Bobby Wood, who has already scored 13 goals for USMNT.

The USMNT 2019 schedule is stacked with early-season showdowns, but the big allure of the 2019 slate is with the Gold Cup. The U.S. has already qualified into Group D and hosts three matches at home: June 18 at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minnesota; June 22 at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio; and June 26 at Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City.

U.S. Men's National Team Soccer Background

The U.S. Men's National Soccer Team (USMNT) has had an up-and-down recent run. In the 2002 South Korea/Japan World Cup, USMNT had their deepest run in tournament history by getting to the quarterfinals stage. In 2007, USMNT won the Gold Cup with an exciting 2-1 victory against Mexico and maintained a steady peak with appearances in the 2010 and 2014 World Cup.

The Jurgen Klinsmann–coached team got to the round of 16 in 2014, dropping a heartbreaker to Belgium despite a prodigious display by goalkeeper Tim Howard. USMNT missed the 2018 World Cup and has had a revolving door of coaches attempting to maintain the force of the squad. With the arrival of steadfast coach Gregg Berhalter, USMNT is on a mission to get back to being a Top 10 FIFA World Ranking team.

    Too Easy!

by Soccer Fan on 9/8/21Nissan Stadium - Nashville

Being able to download the tickets to my phone was so convenient. I received updates for the game and reminders about what was allowed and prohibited inside the stadium. Everyone at the Nissan stadium, especially those outside the stadium and at the entry, made for a smooth visit for this out of towner!

    Great atmosphere, slow concessions

    by TtUSA15 on 9/8/21Nissan Stadium - Nashville

Concession stands took over 30 minutes for a modest line. The game was great, and the atmosphere was incredible

I really appreciated and found helpful the emails on accessing tickets on phone. They were sent early and often. Also liked reference to Ticket office at stadium for help. Good job.

    Meanest Canadians Ever

by Bacon Guy on 9/8/21Nissan Stadium - Nashville

Great match between the US and Canadian men's national soccer teams. Was disappointed in Canada's unsportsmanlike conduct during the match, but still had a good time losing my voice

    Great Soccer Game

by DANIEL on 9/8/21Nissan Stadium - Nashville

Great stadium, easy to walk to from downtown. Section 134 Row K were great seats. Energy from Fans was better than a NFL game. Players actually stood for the National Anthem which was a nice change compared to all the other sports. I think I will try sitting in the American Outlaw Section next time; they were having a ton of fun.

    Charged twice

by Don on 9/8/21Nissan Stadium - Nashville

Provided a wrong email address (my fault) and thought 1st order was cancelled. Reordered and have been charged twice. Currently under review (up to 72 hours??). Confident it will be resolved

    Good

    by B on 9/8/21Nissan Stadium - Nashville

Covid precautions felt non existent. I assumed seating would be spaced out…it wasn’t. We were between people who didn’t understand personal space and didn’t wear masks. Guy to my left almost threw beer on the people in front of us. Beers were given out in open cups and not in cans. Place was super crowded.

could not transfer my wife's ticket to her phone and could not get any support from ticketmaster to fix the "something went wrong, try again later" problem.
