U.S. Men's National Team Soccer Live

With new coach Gregg Berhalter at the helm, the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team (USMNT) is on the verge of re-establishing itself as a world soccer powerhouse. Berhalter is a USMNT veteran himself and coached in Sweden, as well as for Major League Soccer's (MLS) Columbus Crew.

"Ball circulation, breaking lines, goal-scoring opportunities. That should be the DNA of this team," Berhalter said in a press conference. In 2019, he'll count on the veteran leadership of Captain Michael Bradley, who has made 142 appearances for USMNT, along with emerging stars in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic, Newcastle United defender DeAndre Yedlin, and Hannover 96 striker Bobby Wood, who has already scored 13 goals for USMNT.

The USMNT 2019 schedule is stacked with early-season showdowns, but the big allure of the 2019 slate is with the Gold Cup. The U.S. has already qualified into Group D and hosts three matches at home: June 18 at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minnesota; June 22 at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio; and June 26 at Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City.

U.S. Men's National Team Soccer Background

The U.S. Men's National Soccer Team (USMNT) has had an up-and-down recent run. In the 2002 South Korea/Japan World Cup, USMNT had their deepest run in tournament history by getting to the quarterfinals stage. In 2007, USMNT won the Gold Cup with an exciting 2-1 victory against Mexico and maintained a steady peak with appearances in the 2010 and 2014 World Cup.

The Jurgen Klinsmann–coached team got to the round of 16 in 2014, dropping a heartbreaker to Belgium despite a prodigious display by goalkeeper Tim Howard. USMNT missed the 2018 World Cup and has had a revolving door of coaches attempting to maintain the force of the squad. With the arrival of steadfast coach Gregg Berhalter, USMNT is on a mission to get back to being a Top 10 FIFA World Ranking team.

    Fun game

by Sptmsusie on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

We had a great time at the USMNT game at TQL stadium. The stadium is amazing- great views of the field. I was super disappointed however in US Soccer. We needed to get ADA accessible tickets just a week before the event and US soccer did not answer a call or an email so we had a family member who was unable to attend.

    Too Expensive

by AA on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

These tickets were way too damn expensive for it being similar to an MLS game. Fans that came were great but 70 dollars? For an upper level ticket behind the goal? I wont be paying that ever again for a USMNT friendly against a midlevel team. Lower your damn prices US Soccer

Great venue, great team, great event

Venue was perfect for watching the match, team performed well, overall event was great. Only negative are the ridiculously high ticketmaster fees!

    Oh what a night!

by AllBoutSoccer on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

It was unfortunate that the game was on a weekday night as I think this impacted attendance which was at 80% capacity based on the mid game attendance announcement. The play was absolutely thrilling with the US showing it’s confidence and skill. This was exciting to see keeping in mind that the team was only at 75% of its talent pool for this game. The goals (3-0 US win) were stunning. Support for Morocco by their fan base was plentiful, energetic, and loud which gave the game a tremendous competitive air. It was an exciting and very satisfying night. The venue, TQL Stadium, is stunning and the crowd emotion vibrates within this setting.

The game was great. Never received parking pass paid for

by Ron C. on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

The game was great. It was frustrating and disappointing that I never received the parking pass I paid for for the game and had to make other more distant parking arrangements for the game at the last minute.

Great stadium, parking and area around the stadium, ticket prices for a friendly were 20% to high at least and concession are just ridiculous.

    Ticket pricing

by Soccer fan on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

Good game. Disappointing that it was not sold out but not surprising given the ticket pricing which was totally wrong for a “friendly” international. Much more thought is required on behalf of USSF and Ticketmaster regarding the long-term objectives which should be based on growing the game and the fan base rather than generating revenue in the short-term.

    Two USA Wins at TQL

by MacETC on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

Another fantastic win for USA Mens in Cincinnati as they move FORWARD to the World Cup! Soured only by TICKETMASTER over selling $25 parking passes to the Town Center Garage where there were no parking spaces available causing dozens of fans to scramble for street parking and missing the start of the match. TicketMaster, you charge too much for such a blunder!

    Big W vs Morocco

by ChrisK on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

Fantastic outcome for the USMNT! First visit to FCC Stadium and it was a great experience. As Pulisic said in the press I was disappointed at the number of Moroccan fans and the lack of American fans in the stands. Great experience!

Not enough US Fans; too expensive

by Bobby on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

The team was great! The Venue super cool. The tickets are too expensive though. How are there more Morrocan fans than US Fans?!? Not ok.

USSF needs to lower ticket prices

by USA on 6/4/22TQL Stadium - Cincinnati

If U$$F and it’s players want stadiums to be full, maybe they shouldn’t charge an arm and a leg to get in the building.

    coldest match ever, but....awesome!!!!

by Chris C on 2/5/22Allianz Field - St. Paul

It was freezing, but I have a newfound love of both the people of Minneapolis and Allianz Field. The stadium is amazing. The environment was electric. I met so many kind people that made sure I was as warm as possible as I enjoyed the match from the Wonderwall. I will be back to Minneapolis, both to enjoy the awesomeness of Allianz and to be around some more awesome Minnesotans!!
