  • Not what I expected....

First off I NEVER write bad reviews about anything but maybe I can save people some money. I wish I would have listened to all the other reviews and not have bought tickets to the Tyler Henry show. The show is mostly about his life and how he started reading people. Some people behind me were so disappointed in the show they got up in the middle of it and left. The other disappointing part of the show is that he only did 3 readings. I like Tyler Henry but will just watch him on tv from now on.

  • Didn't See This Coming

    by DJB00 on 3/27/18Ho-Chunk Gaming-WI-Dells - BarabooRating: 1 out of 5

The performance was good at best. Showed a 15 minute video to start , mostly family video from when he was growing up. He came out and talked about when he realized he had the sense to see things. Talked more about his family and how they feel towards his gift. Rapped up by showing one of his episodes from TV and discussed what he felt during the taping. Finished by reading a few audience members with very generic answers to their questions.

  • I expected more

    by NicholsA on 3/27/18Ho-Chunk Gaming-WI-Dells - BarabooRating: 2 out of 5

If I wanted life lessons I would go to a therapist. When I go to a medium I want to hear from the other side. I was disappointed this was not like what I see on TV. The last part of the show is but the first half is not.

It was a fun event and he hit on somethings very close for some early in the show, he was grasping for things and very vague towards the end. Also part of his show was watching an episode to show how real he is. I felt like that was in there to take up time. Not a lot of substance in my opinion.

  • Wonderful show

  • Book review

    by TTACC1 on 3/27/18Ho-Chunk Gaming-WI-Dells - BarabooRating: 3 out of 5

This was more like a book review than readings. Had I known that I would not have traveled 4 hours to see him. I like him but he just talked about how he got to be a medium. There was a place to write a question for him... I didn't know that. The casino never shared that information. We didn't even get to participate in any of that. We watched a video of one of his episodes... while could have been nice for some I had already watched it. Very average night unfortunately.

  • Glad I went

    by Buygosh on 3/27/18Ho-Chunk Gaming-WI-Dells - BarabooRating: 4 out of 5

It was a fun night. Most info Tyler gave was in his book which I had already read. Clips on big screens were readings from his shows & a few photos from his upbringing. Out of the blue Tyler gave a mini reading saying it was for someone in a particular area of seating. The lady was shocked that he was so spot on. Tyler’s mother went on stage and pulled seven names out of a barrel for them to ask a question. After they asked a question, Tyler then gave them a mini reading. Two readings were pretty specific that wouldn’t fit the general public. Tyler in person is just like you see on tv... happy, sweet, cute, sincere & enjoys sharing his ability to connect with the dead. I’m glad I went.

  • Not worth the trip

by mrlus on 2/28/18The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorRating: 3 out of 5

Was a huge fan of Tyler Henry before I saw him at the Colosseum at Caesars Windsor. Save your money and watch the show. More entertaining than seeing him in person. Tyler did one reading and it was "private". The entire show was more about him then any connection with loved ones.

  • Tyler is awesome

by JV1962 on 2/28/18The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

Tyler is amazing. The show was very informative as to his beginnings. He did about 6 readings. His laugh is so contagious. Sound for his mic could have been better but it was great!!! We bought his book after the show (very reasonable price), he signed it and took pics with us.

  • Tyler Henry was incredible

by Sandrita14 on 2/28/18The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

If you get the chance to see Tyler Henry, do it. He is absolutely adorable and his gift is interesting to say the least. He and his mom are extremely humble.

  • Overwhelming

by Jauw on 2/27/18The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 3 out of 5

Tyler is very likable and I believe in his abilities. I think it was overwhelming to him to be in such a large venue. He took questions from audience which turned into each individual asking about their loved ones, which I totally understand. He was running around and seemed like the energy took a toll on him.

  • Disappointed

by JB45177 on 2/27/18The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 1 out of 5

I purchased tickets a couple months in advance of the show. My Father passed away on Christmas Eve, so I, like everyone else in the room was searching for a “sign” that their loved one is at peace and OK. The show wasn’t close to what I had expected and I walked away $300 poorer and extremely disappointed. In all honesty, this was merely a book signing opportunity. Tyler explained how at the age of 10 had a dream that his Grandmother was to die, and this came to pass. Then, another dream that his best friend (who had previously battled cancer) was to die, and then he did two years later. I am not saying that Tyler does not have a gift in connecting with those departed. After he told his stories he chose the name of 5-6 people out of a drum of names to ask a question. There were hundreds of people in the audience, all looking for answers, yet only a few people got to ask a question. All received pretty general answers. One person out of the crowd was chosen for a personal reading, but this was to be held 2-3 weeks after the show via Skype, so really not a personal reading after all.. I have seen Theresa Caputo’s show before, and my experience was completely different. Theresa walked the audience and connected with people. She was funny and asked questions and let the spirit guide her show. Her show was entertaining and I walked away much more satisfied. If you want to pay to sit and hear Tyler’s short story, and then stand in line to buy his book, this show may be for you. I read reviews about this being a book signing tour only after I bought these tickets, and they were right. This show rates a 1-star review at best.

  • Tyler was Fantastic!!!!

  • Tyler Henry is like an angel on earth.

by 22bevt on 2/27/18The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorRating: 4 out of 5

It is hard to believe he could do a reading on someone with so many people in the auditorium, but he was spot on. I wish he could have stayed longer for the book signing.

  • Unforgettable gift!

by Insightful12 on 2/27/18The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

Tyler seems to be so gifted in many ways, both professionally and personally. Truly a very unique true soul. A light shines very bright around him and his smile that wraps his arms around your soul.

  • Amazing young medium

by Suhayrosa on 2/26/18The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorRating: 4 out of 5

While I'm a big fan of The Halloween Medium, I don't think this was correct venue for his talent. Being so young he needs to learn to work with people. Also the way they set up the questions for the audience was not good at all. They should have had the people know their questions were going to be asking to be at the mic and ready rather than wasting all that time. And the questions should have been related to his talent not for a personal reading.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SHOW. I HAVE SEEN MANY MEDIUMS AND ALL OFTHEM DO AUDIENCE READINGS. THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO SEE TYLER AND PAID $175.00 PER TICKET TO GO WAS TO POSSIBLY GET A READING AFTER LOSING MY DAUGHTER 6 MONTHS AGO.
