Tyler was very compelling and the evening was amazing. It really makes you think about your actions everyday. What we do and how we treat each other matters! Glad I attended the evening and will again when he returns.
Tyler Henry put on a show that was entertaining and very sincere. Not only is he funny and can laugh at himself he can engage in the audience and make the audience laugh too. Although none of my family came through this time, I will surely return to see him again. I would go see this show. You can learn a lot about yourself and the people who have passed.
As much as I adore, admire and believe in Tyler Henry’s gifts, the venue was much too large. He handled himself and the audience beautifully, but for such an intimate experience everyone would have been better served by, at least, a 50% reduction. Nonetheless, Tyler was informative and enlightening. Since seeing him I’ve been thinking a great deal about the butterfly effect he spoke about and considering how my actions have, over a considerable lifetime, affected others. I hope to see him again, with a somewhat smaller audience.
The crowd was large and he spent most of the time explaining things rather than doing readings. He had too many distractions and I believe that he cut his performance short because people were just rude. There was a fight in the audience, people's phones were ringing in the middle of his performance, people kept getting up to go to the restrooms and walking right in front of the cameras, it was just not the right ambience for this type of performance. Tyler should stick to smaller crowds and do more readings.
As VIP for this show I was a bit disappointed. Chairs on the floor are too close together! Not everyone is a size 2. Felt like a sardine. Book signing line was more than an hour wait for 1 minute!! Tyler Henry was GREAT!!
I was so happy to go. It was sooo worth it to hear a young man speak so eloquently about his gifts and the lessons we all should experience in life. To be blessed with such incredible support from parents who accept not only his gifts but the person he is is beyond. I wish I had parents like his and a brother like him. As hard as my life has been and the cards I have been dealt I remain grateful for it all. The venue was a bit large but good. The sound quality was good. He is a wonderful speaker and teacher. I've watched his show for awhile now and am a huge fan. With that said, I thought the show was good - he gave some wonderful life lessons - especially noting that he's 23 years old! But the show, which was supposed to start at 8PM, didn't start until 8:30PM and ended at 9:40PM. Way shorter than what I had expected, so I was left feeling disappointed, even though the content was very good.
I like seeing him on his show, but perhaps a big group is not for him. 2 of the instances in which he had people coming through, the people should not have come forward because their details in now way matched his, and other people were waving their hands and were told to be quiet. One instance was, that he said someone drowned in a boat accident and a lady came forward and said her son died in the pool, and the other one was that he said that someone got shot in the back while jogging by an unknown person, and some woman said that someone got shot in the front and instead of him saying that she was not the right person, while someone by me in the upper row was wildly waving her hand, the security guard told her to be quiet. Instead of him saying she was not the right person and for him to address the other hands that were being waved, he asked her if the bullet went from the front to the back. Other audience members were talking about it too. The show started late, due to people coming in late, and ended too early. In the beginning, he was dead on with the readings.
I feel like he should have done readings by sections and at least two per section. Also, I feel like there should be a way to stop people who the reading really isn’t for there were a few situations where I felt the people who claimed the reading were lying.
First let me be up front and say I believe in mediums and have seen another one 5 times and also have been read . The good Tyler is amazingly genuine and engaging as a person. Some of the reads were excellent and right on point. The middle was the venue is way to big. People were arguing and fighting over whose read it was. Tyler was not direct enough in sticking with what he saw so probably a lot of folks fit many of the reads leading some to think he is not real. He also has a nervous cackle laugh that at first is cute but then becomes annoying. He really hunkered down and became confident when Mom came on stage . The not so good was the intertwining of the tv show and life lessons we came for readings not ads. Overall I think he will mature into a very good medium but doesn’t have the polish or conviction like some of the others . I would go again because I think he will get better but no more than 300 people or it will be problematic again.
We were a little disappointed. We love the TV show and believe in his talent. We felt he spent too much time on the Life Lessons and wish he had done more Readings. He mentioned he was coming down into the Audience to do readings and didn't. Maybe 90% of his show I feel should be doing Readings.
Show was amazing Tyler was awesome, but I wish I was able to meet him personally.
I think Tyler is great and his work very healing but the first 45 minutes was spent with him giving “lessons” on what he knows from his experiences doing this work. I assumed once he started doing readings he would do so for at least an hour but that was only about 45 minutes. And in between he takes questions to clear his mind. In 90 minutes (really 45 minutes) there were only 6 reads. I felt a little ripped off. The reads were all touching and seemed accurate.
I was so very happy to see Tyler Henry live! He is just as how you'd imagine him to be. Kind of dorky, funny, endearing, and oh so sweet. He was entertaining from start to finish. He made the audience laugh and cry throughout the night. His readings were so wonderful to watch (though unfortunately I didn't get one myself) but it was fascinating to watch him do his work. I am very happy to have attended and only wish it couldve lasted all night long!
I was very impressed with the venue and with Tyler Henry. He is a very kind and loving young man. He is so gracious with the people he is sharing his gift with. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to see him in person. My daughter and I were there on our shared birthday and it made our day even more special to us. We just love to watch Tyler on T.V. so it was wonderful to see how he is just as sweet in person.
I learned a lot about Tyler Henry from his show. He did live readings and it was very emotional. The show was a lot of laughing and crying. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend going.
Show was fun and interesting. However, too much time wasted on clips from his tv show. We didnt pay for that! Very few readings with audience members. My final comment is that we were disappointed that the show lasted less than 2 hours. 1 hour, 42 minutes.
It was great!! Of course we all wish that it would have lasted longer and more readings would have been able to be done. However, I am sure it is draining and it was wonderful what was experienced.
I wanna start out by saying I am a huge fan of Tyler Henry, he’s an AMAZING spirit inside and out! I took my mother for mother’s day, our seats weren’t really the best bc we were in the blind right side 2nd level, n he did end up favoring the right side of stage lol but no biggy. Also, it started at 7:40pm and was over by 9pm. I really thought it would of been longer then that. So next time he’s here in Detroit I will splurge and buy VIP tickets! Thank you Tyler for coming to Michigan and I look forward to seeing you again!
