The sound of the future as imagined in the 1980s. The nostalgic theme song to your favourite childhood cartoon that may have never existed. The hopefulness of someone from the future describing the utopia of tomorrow. Like a paradox of time travel, TWRP is all of these things and yet none of them.
This optimistic fascination with the future, grounded in the nostalgia of the past, is what has shaped TWRP. They are the product of many eclectic styles and eras, crafted into something simultaneously playful, heartfelt, and tongue-in-cheek, all delivered with self-aware bombast and an uncommon musical precision. Old funk, modern electronic, and classic rock converge in their science fiction universe, as if Earth, Wind & Fire, Justice, and Casiopeia provided the soundtrack to a 80s cult classic film directed by John Carpenter.
The place in the musicians were amazing and it was one of the best nights I've ever had. But I bought the VIP ticket and it gave me no information on how early to get there but the ticket just said 7:00. When I got there at 7:00 I realized I missed all my VIP experiences and wasted my money. In the future I hope that more details are included with the tickets

I had so much fun at the Brooklyn show! I literally cried the next day thinking about the concert. This band is really helping me through a lot of tough things I’ve been “rolling with” for the past 2 years. Thank you so much for continuing to make music and I really hope you guys don’t ever stop 🥲
TWRP is without a doubt a welcomed addition to the 80's inspired Synth Funk Rock Genre. It's difficult to tell anyone about this group without saying the phrase "You have to see it to Believe it," but TWRP is just that and they are flawless in execution. I was completely blown away by the energy and fun I had at this performance, and look forward to the next! ( Puts arms up wiggling fingers to pray to the guitar gods for a quick revisit) xD
TWRP Enterprises always delivers with top notch flavors and vibes for all to enjoy that partake in a live experience. The VIP experience was even more awesome then expected and I have taken the business and pleasure intersection learning points that were revealed to me at the VIP experience and applied them to my life and have begun amassing a massive fortune all thanks to the wisdom bestowed to me from the group and their ever super and loyal merch booth operator who is the secret 5th member of the band I think. IF you are on the fence about seeing TWRP live....go see them cause its only a matter of time b4 they are playing much larger venues for a higher ticket price.
TWRP are fantastic and the show exceeded all of our expectations! Rock on!
This concert was great and easily one of the best I've been to in a long time. The Protomen always put on a great show and TWRP is just super fun. My face hurt from all the smiling I did. I hope they'll tour again some day.
I used to go to a lot of concerts when I was younger, but this was legitimately some of the best fun I've ever had! I bought the VIP experience, and everything was smooth and easy to understand once we arrived, and the setup to meet the bands was really cool. The venue itself is small and cozy, but it provided for an intimate setting -- for the first time in all my concert going, I was able to get right up front and get some great pictures. The bands were both super energetic and dynamic, and I don't think I've ever danced so much in my life. They seemed just as happy to be there as the crowd was to be there, and it's definitely a show I'm going to remember forever.
It was my first concert ever and it’s probably gonna be the best one I’ve been to. Both bands where so high energy and fun that I couldn’t stop moving even when I was tired.
This is one of the best shows I've ever been to! The meet and greet beforehand was great and the show itself was amazing. Both bands are high-energy and a lot of fun. You'll never be disappointed seeing them! The sound at the Baltimore Soundstage wasn't the best quality if you're near the front, but it was still way worth it!
TWRP is such a weird band but they’re literally the best. I had so much fun dancing to their tasty jams and god damn are they some TASTY JAMS. They’re just such an amazing band live and have such amazing stage presence and just really know how to connect with a crowd. There’s just so much care and small cute details put into their performances like how they all have these different little coordinated dances they do to each song as they’re playing their instruments and it just shows how much they care about putting on a good show. Also shout out to the protomen who were absolutely outstanding as well! This was just such an amazing show and I had the time of my life. Definitely recommend seeing both bands live!! Don’t let the “weirdness” of both groups put you off from checking them out! These are two truly unique bands unlike any others I know of and are destined for greater and bigger stages in the future. 69/10
Seeing TWRP at Paradise Rock Club was great. I love the band, this is my third time seeing them and they are always so energetic and get the crowd so excited. The venue was great too, they had water coolers at the bars so people could get a small cup of water to keep them cool. Will definitely see TWRP again the next time they come to Boston!
This was my 8th TWRP show. Every show they do is amazing, high energy, and fun. Definitely go see them.
I absolutely love seeing TWRP! They are so much fun and have amazing energy :) The only problem with this venue is parking but other than that not bad.
This concert was cool af!!!! Planet Booty was super sexy and wholesome and TWRP blew my mind!! Didn’t know what to expect going into it but came out knowing this is definitely not the last TWRP concert I’ll go to. They’re even better live than in recordings imo
Great show! Had me excited all the way through! Awesome music and very sexy talent. Would love to see JP Inc, Planet Booty, and TWRP again! Venue was great too. Clean bathroom and nice cool air conditioning.
JP Inc opened for the band with a wonderful three part seminar on music, business and television. Then Planet Booty played a great and energetic, and sexual, set along with some motivational words. Then, TWRP played. They played a bunch of songs from together through time. They were super energetic and fun and super into their music. They were awesome!
TWRP and Planet Booty were really great! They put on a really fun and positive show, and I'll definitely see them live again. The venue was okay. The sound was a little too loud, and there were a couple of feedback issues early in the show.
This was the 2nd time I've seen them live, and the first time I've seen their show with NSP. I didn't like their TWRP set quite as much as last year (Ladyworld was their current album at the time, it's my personal favorite and they played it in it's entirety) but it was still great! They played a lot of stuff from their latest album as well as a good mix of older stuff! During NSP's set they turned it up another notch and really blew me away!
THE SHOW AMAZING . Never have I been to a show where the music sounded better than it does recorded until I went to a TRWP concert! I was blown away. Such a great performance can't wait to see them again.
