A thrilling interpretation of the well-known classic poem "A Visit from Saint Nicholas", this joyful show about the virtues of generosity and friendship promises to leave a lasting impression on families this holiday season. 'Twas the Night Before..., Cirque du Soleil's first-ever holiday production, is a whirlwind of love, holiday cheer, riotous fun, and adorably endearing characters that will establish a new tradition for families to treasure.
Everything was very easy and effortless. A good show. A friend had never been to a cirque show so it was good to be there with her.
Despite huge crowds we got to our seats quickly. Great organization. The show was sublime. I was particularly impressed with thd sound engineer. Great job. It was a magnificent show. My only issue was with a audience member who came 20 minutes late with a small child and wanted my aisle seat. I said no. She squeezed in and began noisily opening candy for the child then pulled out her phone to text. I told her the venue requested we put our phones away. She finally did just as I was about to find an usher. We paid for good seats and expected a pleasant experience. Discerning a rude audience member was not on the agenda.
The show was great, performers wonderful. However, the constant late arrivers to the show created a huge distraction for me. I was on an end seat which was fine but....people kept arriving well after the show started causing entire rows to get up and make room for them to enter. One guest refused to sit in the seat he purchased and for 20 minutes he was arguing with staff. Just really bad. I think there should be a set time limit for when they will still allow people to arrive before they refuse entrance. It's just not fair to the people that paid a good price and then have to be distracted.
It was a great show for the family. My only recommendation would be tp give yourselves ample time before the show as the checkpoint takes much longer than expected.
Seats were OK, not expected too much due to late booking. Crowd came too late and was not respectful, my kids could not see everything
Awesome experience watching the show. Was pretty entertaining almost the entire hour and a half. We were hoping the show would’ve been longer and there were just a couple moments where I was looking for all the fast paced entertainment to keep going.
This is the second time we have the opportunity to see Cirque du Soleil and honestly it wasn’t as spectacular as the previous show we saw at the Mayan Riviera. There were moments in which we were falling asleep :(
I was not very pleased with the seating because the seating chart was not very clear. I was in the sixth row on the floor but all the way to the right of the stage which was a very far corner from the stage. This was not made clear in the seating chart when I purchased my tickets. I had a light shining in my eyes entire time of the show! Not to mention the fact that people coming in late and being ignorant who were standing up in front of me for a great deal of the time!
show was awesome as to be expected by cirque du soleil
A lot of fun. A nice story for the whole family!i e seen Cirque a couple times and they are always great!
I’ve seen other shows from Cirque du Soleil and I wasn’t impressed with this one. The sound effects were really bad. We were seated in 300 section towards the back and the music was so low that we could hear people talking. I’ve been to the theater several time and this was the first time the sounds effects were so bad not sure what happened.
Really enjoyed most of the show, but a few parts moved too slow. Really liked the group dancing, the giant yo-yos, and the tumbling act.
I can’t believe anyone would put a show out there like this, such poor quality lots of standing around and 3rd rate dancing and almost no acrobatics. The stage lights were blinding. We left early.
For $450 for 2 tickets, this show was a huge disappointment. From cheesy rock and roll numbers to dumb dancing penguins, Cirque could do so much better. There was some talent but it was masked by how lacking the overall show was. We’ve seen Cirque several times and we’re always blown away before. Would not recommend!
The music was terrific. The stunts were fun but nothing like the Cirques that have a higher roof.
No live singing, the acts were boring, the stage was literally tinsel and LED lights, short in time, I don’t even understand how this is a cirque du soleil production. Save your money
A few of entertainers were good, one group was amazing, the rest was repetitive dance steps. Music was good, but my. 2 grand children and I all dozed off a little during show.
The acrobatics were great but there was too much dancing. Also, they continued seating people a half hour into the show which was very distracting.
I had a lot of expectations for my first cirque du soleil show but it was a boring performance without the glamor and fantastic numbers like the group.
This was my sisters Christmas gift . She wants me to pick something to do with her every year ! This was our first time and it was absolutely wonderful. We sat upstairs and could see the colors and sparkly decorations and outfits perfectly. It was a fun filled evening . It was about an hour and a half show. We could get refreshments and everyone was in good spirits . Can’t wait to see another show.
