Toyota Amphitheatre VIP Party Box Tickets

I believe there was some confusion regarding VIP that night. At the gate, we were given pink vs green wrist bands. When attempted to go into the VIP tent for food, we were told we were not allowed to. Later in our box, 3 LN employees showed us where the VIP restrooms were. When we went to use them, we were told that pink bands weren't allowed to use them that night only that usually they could. I went back up to the box and pulled out my receipts that clearly showed we were supposed to get VIP access. One of the LN employees took us back to the restroom and told them we were supposed to have access. Later an employee came and switched out our wristbands for the correct ones. We were given a complimentary drink coupon which was appreciated, however it was too late in the evening and we didn't use them. Prior to that we had all purchased our food, drinks, waters even though were supposed to have been allowed into the VIP area to eat. That was a little disappointing to pay for something we didn't get. There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion as to who was in charge that night or the policies.
