    Quite Frankly, LAME

by DrJSM on 7/25/17Nissan Stadium - Nashville

I have played Top Golf and enjoyed it. I was excited to see this event and wanted to be there. The promise of live entertainment, Food Trucks, and Top Golf sounded great--so I bought VIP tickets. This turned out to be one of the worst financial decisions that I have ever made. Upon arrival (the day prior to my tee time), I was told by different people: That my tickets were only good on the day of my tee time, that I did not have VIP parking, that my VIP benefits were only DURING my tee time, and several other things that were different from what the website promised. The VIP "gift package" consisted of a divot tool and a golf ball. The promised "air conditioned" VIP tent (which I was only allowed to use DURING the tee time--which was for the record was the only time I did NOT need to go to the VIP tent) was not air conditioned. The bands that did play were good, but they did not turn off the PA system during the sets that the band played, so there were 2 competing speakers side by side. This made it impossible to even tell what the band was playing. The promise of free food was (curiously) Lobster tacos and tater tots? Not exactly what I had expected for Nashville Tennessee and a very curious menu at best? I wish I had not gone to this event and SURELY wish I had not wasted $250 x 3 tickets. I was disorganized and, quite frankly, very lame and a waste of my money.

    Topgolf - poorly executed event

    by RP88 on 7/25/17Nissan Stadium - Nashville

Given this event was expensive, it was very poorly executed. I hoped this event would get people excited for the new Topgolf coming this fall. Unfortunately, when we arrived, everyone that was exiting the stadium said it was not fun, and a poorly run event. As we get inside, we expect to see foot trucks and beverage stations as advertised by event marketing. There was only one food truck and one bar (that closed down before 10PM). For the money, this event was a bust!

Could and should have been so much more!

by Rattyshack on 7/24/17Titans Stadium - Nashville

$65 tickets were sold out so we bought the $100 tickets. These came with some extra perks like a shag bag with a logo ball and divot tool and the one thing we looked forward to and opted to buy the $100 tickets was what was billed as including a stadium tour. Major disappointment! They grouped us up and led us to the locker room. Thats it....nothing else, no commentary, no tour of any part of the stadium, just a visit to an empty locker room and back to the gate. Should not be advertised as a "Stadium" tour when thats not what it is. It was very hot and I know you cannot predict the weather but some sort of shade like tents or umbrellas would have been a nice touch. There were a couple bays that had them but not all (and not ours). The Top Golf personnel did go out of there way to make sure everyone had plenty of water and they were very polite and courteous. Make sure if your carrying a purse it cannot be more than 4.5 inches square. Our wives had very small purses but we could not get in and had to uber back to our hotel and drop them off then come back. AFter returning we saw several ladies being let in with purse's as big or bigger than our wives but guess it just depends on who is manning the gate. This is not a Top Golf rule but a stadium rule but wanted to point it out. Heard one band that played for about 20 mins then it was just a super load DJ playing non stop, wasn't horrible but would have preferred a more diverse selection as it was 100% all top 40 and rock. Think it could be a spectacular event with a few tweeks.

    too hot, not enough umbrellas

by HotinNashville on 7/24/17Nissan Stadium - Nashville

we went to top golf on friday night, there was no one there and we thought we had the wrong night. the driving range was set up in the sun with very few umbrellas that the staff were under. whoever had the great idea to do this in nashville in july should have also thought about bringing misters and umbrellas. Plus it was not a party! it was dead, we used our hour on the range and left. unfortunate!

We purchased (4) VIP tickets which were very expensive. There was nothing VIP about the event. We expected much better.

    Was great but needs improvement

by Quesa69 on 3/13/17Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Overall this was a great experience but i think it could have been even better. I was scoring very high and many of the older men were coming over to look at my score. I think it would have been a lot of fun if they announced when someone made a really high score or got a high number of points in a shot. It would have increased friendly competition and got the whole group to come together. I also think that at the end of the event you should have been able to see a recap of your hour and a recap of your shots. Maybe have been sent on email? Otherwise i really enjoyed this event and look forward to doing it again in the future

Fun new way to enjoy golf!

by OrlandoLOC on 3/9/17Camping World Stadium - Orlando

I have played golf my entire life, but never at an event like this. The event is a great mix of golf, fun, and a party--what else would you want? I hope we have more events like this in Orlando soon.
