    Steps In Time Absolutely Sensational!!!

by twalsh on 3/13/12The Mahaffey - St Petersburg

Tune did not miss a beat...he was energetic, upbeat and looked sensational. My sister and I totally enjoyed every minute of the show.....his story about the loss of a friend brought tears to my eyes, literally...but then he got the audience back up with his dance and song routines to come. Loved the versatile ages of his crew...all talents were equally great. Would recommend this over and over again to any age demographic. Thanks for bringing him to St. Pete. my best. d.

    Awesome Artist

by kayakgal on 2/26/11Curtis M Phillips Center for Performing Arts - Gainesville

That was the most fantastic performance I have seen in a long time. You just had to tap your toes and sway to the music. An excellent singer, dancer and story teller. The group with him was superb too.

    Tune Shines!

by WHook on 2/26/11Curtis M Phillips Center for Performing Arts - Gainesville

There is a reason why Tommy Tune, who will be celebrating his 72nd birthday this February 28th, has won so many awards. He is winning in every way, exuding talent from every pore and such joy and love in every expression as he sings, dances, and narrates this most wondrous sharing of his exceptional life and experiences. MR. Tune has lost nothing over the years and is as youthful and dynamic as ever, as he, without rest, gives everything for around an hour and forty-five minutes ending with added encores, sounding and looking as fresh as he started. His troop of fine musicians and singer/dancers he has worked with for many years add greatly to the overall production which is as good, if not better, than any Broadway or Vegas show. His production TOMMY TUNE:STEPS IN TIME will step into your heart and consume you with his shared love and joy of musical expressions and stories of personalities he has known and learned from as well as tributes to other artists with whom he has worked. DO NOT miss this experience that will stay with you as it lifts your spirits bathing you in the radiance of an amazingly gifted artist.

    A good performance

by Kristi63 on 11/28/10Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

Tommy Tune was very entertaining and had a great show. I was disappointed because I expected him to tap dance more. There were only a few tap dances, the rest of the show was about his life and lots of songs.

    Tommy Tune

by sonofsam on 11/21/10Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

Tommy was wonderful. The sound in the hall was bad. I don't know if it was the FOH guy or the room itself. I wish I could have heard what was going on.

Tommy Tune at 71 is amazing!!

by RichSJr on 11/20/10Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

I was not sure what to expect from Mr. Tune's show. I anticpated singing and dancing - what else? The format of the show was great. It was part broadway, part autobiography, part tap dance demonstration as well as the singing and dancing that I had expected. I would - and in fact, already have - recommend this to anyone who just enjoys pure entertainment. The show was about 1 hour and 45 minutes long with no (!) break. I did not want it to be over. Two curtain calls were not enough!

by rubano on 11/20/10Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

tommy entertained us for 90 min. quite a show, covering 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's. would have liked him to sing one song from each of his best shows, but his choices were good. still a once in a lifetime event.

    Tune's Boots were dancin'

by DOSSBO on 11/20/10Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

Tommy Tune was unforgettable in his red cowboy boots, jeans, red vest and white shirt as he talked, sang and danced across the stage Thursday night. His voice was better than I remembered and his style was Texas/New Your slick. Loved every minute. Supporting cast was just right to showcase this tall elegant hoofer.
