The meal and service was lousy!

by Arkie5 on 11/14/11Jim Stafford Theatre - Branson

First it was totally disorganized downstairs for the line and then to let the bus people go in before all of us that had stood there for 30 minutes was WRONG!! We finally get upstairs and it is more disaster as to the line. On your website you listed that you had a choice of a sandwich, hotdog, or PBJ. Hotdog with or without chili was all we were offered and the lady was rather abrupt and rushing people. Potato salad, chips, or baked beans - no choice - a bag of chips. Cookies, or cupcakes - cookies only choice. Strawberry soup was there and "more" - never found the more. Inadequate sitting - of course you made sure the tour group was seated first and leftovers for those of us that waited, paid, and waited some more. I had five grandchildren with me, my two daughters, two son-in-laws, my husband, and a foreign exchange student which Todd embarrassed at the beginning of the show. I think my greatest disappointment was the way lunch was handled - food, organziation of lines, and seating. That was very poor!!!

    very good, family friendly show

by seathred on 8/28/11Jim Stafford Theatre - Branson

Not sure sometimes what do with my parents because we have very different taste. This show was great for them and my wife and I loved it too. Not a huge fan of the music genre, but the comedy was fantastic. Thanks for making it a great weekend

    Talking Dog's

by Grammy222222 on 8/3/11Jim Stafford Theatre - Branson

I liked the show but went so my 6yr old granddaughter could see the talking dogs. She did not like all the singing. Could not always understand the words, bad sound system. Would have liked more of the dogs. She wanted to go by intermission so we left. We did enjoy the lunch.

    Todd's new show was great!

by Rrusty on 8/2/11Jim Stafford Theatre - Branson

My family saw Todd Oliver last summer on the Branson Belle and decided to check out his new show at the Jim Stafford theater. Its still Todd and the dogs, but he has added a few other pieces to the show including his band. My whole family enjoyed the show including my kids (ages 8, 10, & 12). The show does include a light lunch...very, very light. Hot dog, chips, a pickle spear, a cookie, and "strawberry soup" (think strawberry dessert topping mixed with heavy cream).

    Todd Oliver Better than Ever

by RedQueenDeb on 7/18/11Jim Stafford Theatre - Branson

We had seen his show on the Branson Belle and was impressed with him then. Now that he has his own show he adds a new dimension with his musical talent with his band "The Smiling Eyes". The overall mix of music and comedy went very well. As always his cast of characters in his ventriloquist act are astounding and hilarious! He did things with them that you will see no where else. The lunch was simple yet good ! Had never had strawberry soup before, loved it.

Todd and his talking dogs were doggone hilarious. The music was good to. All the staff at the theater were very helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this show if you have children that love dogs.

    We enjoyed it very much.

by DMTJ on 1/12/11Lakeland Center Youkey Theatre - Lakeland

. Mr. Oliver is an excellent ventriloquist and very clever with having the animals "speak". It was varied too with the addition of the music and pictures of the dogs. The opening act was very entertaining also.
