Thrival Innovation + Music Festival Tickets

This was the third time I've attended Thrival. When it was outside of the city you could barely get an Uber. This is year they had it at an outside venue closer to the city on a soccer field next to a river. The surrounding area was under a severe weather warning, thrival organizers were not preventative or accommodating to the extreme weather issues. They instead decided to have the main headliner perform about 20 minutes after a huge rain and wind storm, told people five minutes before he went on via Twitter. Waste of money and no customer Service to deal with the experience after the fact.

The show got rained out. There wasn't as much art as expected. And the drinks were overpriced.

We got rained out early so didnt have a chance to enjoy it.

Due to the weather, they canceled Matt & Kim who was the second most notable act next to Dillon Francis. They shortened Dillon Francis's set also due to the weather and they segregated the pit from GA and VIP and the layout was terrible. They should have canceled the entire festival and refunded everyone's money back because this was not worth it.

Unfortunately, it started to rain right as the main acts were about to play. I know weather is uncontrollable, but we were never updated as to what was happening with the show. My friends and I stayed inside for two hours because we did not want to miss anything. Eventually, we decided to leave and asked about a refund. The lady working the desk was extremely rude and not helpful. Just very disorganized.

I've attended this event several years, all formerly at Carrie Furnace. Highmark stadium sucks and is a horrible concert venue. I arrived around 8pm and no music played till after I was in a cab on my way home since nobody at this festival could communicate to us. None of the attendees received so much as a text, call or email alert keeping us posted on the weather delay. They threw on the headliner last minute so they wouldn't have to issue everyone a refund. I paid an extra $40-$50 for VIP and the only thing I got for my money was a 2 oz drink sample and some very small food samples.

What a waste of time and money. Thrival did not follow their schedule and I missed out on a band I wanted to see. And then I waited around for 2 hours to find out the other band I wanted to see would not actually be performing.

Rain delay was mismanaged and forced cancellation of one of the headliners.

Venue was grand, music was pretty awesome, very young crowd though.

Loved my first experience at thrival. it was awesome!

The festival was a really cool experience. Different music, different people all there to enjoy the show. The only thing that sucked was the walk from the actual show to where you can get dropped off/picked up at as they had the road blocked off to that traffic. If you parked near the venue, you were able to drive down the road. Also, the time of year is perfect. Not too hot or cold.

Wiz Khalifa made me poop my pants. Best concert i've ever been to. I'll be back and i hope he will be too.
