Thrice is a genre-defying rock band from Orange County, California, known for their evolving sound, profound lyrics, and fiercely loyal fanbase. Formed in 1998 by high school friends Dustin Kensrue, Teppei Teranishi, Eddie Breckenridge, and Riley Breckenridge, the band first made waves in the early 2000s with their blend of post-hardcore urgency and melodic sensibility on albums like The Illusion of Safety and The Artist in the Ambulance.
Over the years, Thrice has built a legacy of fearless experimentation, incorporating elements of electronic, ambient, and progressive rock into acclaimed records such as Vheissu, Beggars, and the ambitious four-part Alchemy Index series. After a brief hiatus in 2012, they returned stronger than ever, continuing to challenge expectations and explore new sonic territory. "Black Honey" (2016), a lead single from To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere, marked the band's return to rock radio charts and reached #11 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart and spent 32 weeks on that chart and reached #37 on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs.
Now, more than two decades into their career, Thrice remains a vital force in modern rock. Their recent albums, including Horizons/East and its follow-up Horizons/West, reflect a band that is both rooted in its punk-rock beginnings and unafraid to push boundaries--delivering music that is as thoughtful as it is powerful.

I did the VIP, I met the band, such nice guys. I went to the concert and 4 songs in I collapsed with and missed the rest of the show. I’m still upset because as I was being treated I heard some of my favorite songs. I was carried out on black honey. I’d give anything to hear the whole concert again, but what I did see was awesome.
normally love this venue because it is smaller and more intimate. drinks are good and not watered down. but whoever was doing the sound mixing that night was not good. all you could hear was the guitarist and almost no vocals. Love this band but could hear no vocals. was so excited to see this band at this venue but was very disappointed at the sound quality.
Have loved Thrice since early 2000s. They are always incredible live and played such a good mix of old and new.
Thrice played the entirety of the Beggars album which isn’t my favorite however it was still an excellent show. The guys had a lot of good energy making it a great show.
If you haven’t seen them just go see them. If you have seen them JUST GO SEE THEM. Promise you won’t regret it.
Came for the opener (Lunar Vacation), never heard of Thrice. Decided to stay and see what was up. Was extremely impressed. Great vocals and guitar work. Bass was awesome. Definitely gained a new fan that night. Thanks guys🤙🏼

First saw Thrice on my 18th birthday in 2008 and they’ve been my favorite band since. Amazing live show. Incredible set lists. I will see them every time they come to San Diego.

Being able to meet the band was amazing!! The event was full of good times and good music with good people. I would definitely come back to this venue for another show. Had a blast!!
Great place for a show, they have variety of beer, staff were great. Everything was smooth. No issue with parking.
Seeing Thrice is always awesome. Good to see them have a massive crowd at the Fillmore
68' and Thrice put on a great show. We've never been to the Rialto and we'll definitely be going back for other events.

Surprisingly great opening band - high energy, great stage presence - reminded me of early Nirvana mixed with Helmet and Black Crowes. Thrice was polished and tight, despite the singer having a sore throat. Great light show to go with the music. Kept the crowd engaged and singing back. The bass player has a monster presence.
Although the show ran a little short due to Dustin being sick, they still put on a great show. Hope to see Thrice again soon. Get well soon, Dustin!
Thrice always puts everything into their shows, I have been a fan for 20+ years and I have never been disappointed. This past show was amazing.
