About
Theory of a Deadman is the first Canadian rock band to sign with Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger’s 604 Records. Since releasing their self-titled debut in 2002, Theory of a Deadman has blazed their own path with multiple-platinum albums in Canada, and 2008’s Scars & Souvenirs became one of their bestselling albums worldwide when it reached No. 26 on the Billboard 200 chart. Known for their rock anthems and introspective ballads, Theory of a Deadman have found success in Canada and abroad with chart-topping singles like “Bad Girlfriend,” “Rx (Medicate),” “Lowlife” and “History of Violence” — all of them topping Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. The Canadian rockers have toured worldwide with bands like Nickelback, Mötley Crüe, Bush, Shinedown and Skillet.

I LOVED IT!!!!! Awesome bands were playing and the sound was just amazing.
Theory of a Deadman and others
by vicky1225 on 1/23/10Headliners - ToledoRating: 3 out of 5Taking Dawn, I felt was an awful opening, depending on the type of music you like, I didn't like it, and their idea of "messing with the audience" was too offensive for my taste. The next band was great, Adina's Way (forgive my spelling) and after the show they hung around the bar and we were able to get all of their autographs on their CD and they were so nice about it. Halestorm was also great, they sounded great, started out with and awesome song and ended with their kick ass hit "I Get Off". Then Theory of a Deadman came out, but by then, the area was soo crowded it was impossible to move. It was hard to enjoy the show when people are constantly trying to squeeze by you, and the music was too loud and we could hardly even hear the vocals. I would recommend seeing Theory of a Deadman again, but not at Toledo's Headliner's. The bathroom's lacked toilet paper, bar lines were way too long, we were surrounded by pot-heads, and it just seemed way to un-organized, we ended up leaving halfway through TOAD's performance just because it was so packed we couldn't get back in.
Theory was awesome!!
by Murphy03 on 1/23/10Headliners - ToledoRating: 5 out of 5Theory of a Deadman was an AMAZING concert. It was my first rock concert I had been to so I didn't know what to expect. They made it UNFORGETTABLE!! Been in love with the band and their music for over a year now and they just made me want to listen to them even more and go to more concerts. Plus, Tyler Connolly is a babe!!! :) Wish I could have met them!

Theory of a Bad singer
by Fansoftheory on 1/23/10Headliners - ToledoRating: 1 out of 5We were really excited to go to this concert haven't seen them live yet....wish we wouldn't of...after waiting through the opening bands Theory came on stage..... music was good...then he started to sing or tried...I don't know if it was a mixing problem or his vocal cords were toast...the deep raspy tone like on the albums was gone he was reduced to a whisper...very disappointed we left half way through..
Lzzy rocks!
by Clevelandrocker on 1/23/10Headliners - ToledoRating: 4 out of 5Great concert. Theory was awesome, but Lzzy always steals the show.
Theory Kicks Butt!
by TSOFan2666 on 1/23/10Headliners - ToledoRating: 5 out of 5This concert was awsome. Theory is a fantastic band, and Headliners is a great venue to see them. No seats, just standing and rocking and drinking! Awsome time!!!!
Halestorm + Theory of a Deadman = AWESOME
by ceedub69 on 1/23/10Headliners - ToledoRating: 5 out of 5Great bands, Deadman singer seemed to force it a bit. Sounded nasal!
Awesome concert- Theory of a Deadman and Halestorm
by Bugsy6789 on 1/22/10First Avenue - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5Saw Theory of a Deadman before with Motley Crue, that concert was good, but being able to watch them in a smaller venue - First Avenue was great. The smaller venue and playing longer was great. Halestorm was a great warm up band and put on a great show also.
Theory
by knikki on 1/22/10First Avenue - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5This show was awesome~ Not only were Theory of a Deadman rockin the house the opening bands were all really good too. I liked that there wasn't a lot of chit chat and they played all their great songs.
Theory of a Deadman was phenomenol
by HanaD on 1/22/10House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5Had a great time at Theory of a Deadman concert on 1/19/10 at HOB. Will definately go again. Started in the restaurant with dinner and moved up to the concert hall. Really really good time!!!
Theory of a Deadman Show Awesome
by stowall on 1/21/10House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5Adelita's Way was wonderful....will see them again in a heartbeat!!! Halestorm was really good also and Theory was super. Thanks to security for no mosh pit!!! The poor first band lost power but the lead singer kept us entertained!
Slow Start for Main Act
by lokoloho on 1/21/10House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 3 out of 5Theory of a Deadman is def one of my fav. bands. But gotta admit their show was lacking a little. Opening Bands had much more energy then the Main Act. I would've like to seen them open with Bad Girlfriend (crowd totally got pumped) His voice also seemed a little hoarse. Overall I enjoyed myself, but it was missing that extra "umph". I also do not understand singing covers unless your show is at least an hour and half long. People come to hear their songs, not someones elses.
Seeing Theory in a smaller venue was awesome!
by elah on 1/21/10House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5I have to admit I like having a seat at concerts as they can get long, but I didn't mind standing at all for this concert. House of Blues Chicago was an awesome venue. It was nice to be able to stand so close to the band. They really know how to interact with their fans and the acoustic verson of Alice in Chains they did was an amazing showcase of their talent. Glad we went!
Too Slow
by MnFairgoer on 1/21/10First Avenue - MinneapolisRating: 3 out of 5Taking Dawn was good if you're still into 80s hair bands. Adelita's Way was good and Halestorm was decent. I was disappointed with Theory of a Deadman. Most of the act was slow songs and a few covers. I wanted more of the rockin' tunes. I doubt I would ever go to another Theory of a Deadman concert again - at least as a paying ticket holder.
Theory rocked
by heavyandmelodic on 1/20/10House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 3 out of 5Solid live performance, esp. w. the encore. Strong set list. Adelitas Way was solid as well.
Theory of a Deadman
by TK68 on 1/20/10House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5The venue was fantastic but at times we could barely hear the vocalist of Theory of a Deadman. The vocalist of Halestorm was very clear so we did not think it was the equipment. Other than the times we could barely hear the lyrics, the band put on an excellent show and we had a fantastic time.
I LOVE THEORY!!!
by MRSDIAMONDJ on 1/20/10House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5The entire concert was great!! I went to see Theory but enjoyed the whole show.
