Theo Katzman Tickets

Theo put on a really amazing show. It was a small crowd in a small venue, but it felt like we were all connected in a way that I haven't ever experienced at a show before. Theo performed his heart out for those of us who were there. He was awesome and sweet and I'm so glad that I was able to make it.

I saw Theo 4 times during the summer opening for Darren Criss. He's a magnetic performer who puts his heart into all his performances. A wonderful musician, he writes songs that are a step or more above the usual pop blandness. This was a small show but no less enjoyable and Theo put as much effort into this performance as he did for the large crowds. On top of his incredible talent he's one of the nicest persons I've ever met. He changed quickly after his set and came out and met and talked with everyone. Grab any chance you get to see him. If you love great music, you won't be disappointed! His new single "Popsong" is amazing and check out his official videos for "Brooklyn" and "Hard for You". My only quibble would be that the room was so dark. There was no light on the stage except for a red overhead fixture (defeated by the high ceiling). Fortunately with the small crowd, getting close wasn't a problem but photos/video was impossibe without a flash and that's just rude in that intimate of a setting. Kind of expected more from the Deco.

Theo Katzman and his band play an incredible set. Lots of energy, lots of audience interaction, really enjoyed him. Also enjoyed his opener, Jillette Johnson. House of Blues staff are INCREDIBLY rude, though. This event took place in their smaller Cambridge Room, and throughout BOTH performances, staff and security were constantly going in and out of the doors next to the stage. This was so distracting, especially during Jillette Johnson's solo acoustic set.

Saw him with Charlene Kaye and Shoot the Freak at the Mercury Lounge. He has great stage presence and his music is even better in person. Really talented performer, see him in NY if you get the chance! Charlene Kaye was also a lot of fun!

The Ark is a special place and a great venue to see a show. If Theo is playing near you, check him out. He is amazing!

Theo is a wonderful guitarist, lyricist, vocalist,and above all a great person. Everyone needs to hear his music, it is unforgettable! The Ark is a great venue for local artists such as Theo. It is intimate and the sound is very good. If you ever get a chance to see him, I would highly recommend it.
