Best concert of my life. Chris wood is a genius, and gave me a whole new appreciation for the stand-up bass. The drummer from Milwaukee was outstanding. Oliver wood's singing made a grown-man cry.
Fantastic @ Brighton Music Hall!!! The music these two men make is truly moving and just lovely! So glad to be blessed with the gift of hearing, for life would not be as pleasurable if I couldn't hear The Wood Brothers!! Can't wait to see you again guys! ;0
Truly spectacular. If their new album does not catapult this amazing duo to stardom, the American music buying/concert going public should be considered legally brain-dead! Absolutely impossible not to dance to - yet lots of fascinating time-signature and chord changes to keep one from being lulled into a standard country-rock stupor. This music is fresh, sexy, down-home, blues/rock/country-jazz at it's best. Chris Wood's prowess on the stand-up bass is jaw-dropping! Oliver's slide-work and smokey voice will snare you, hold you and shake you. The drummer (name?) was not too shabby either. Wish they would have included a keyboard player to round out the sound - but hey, maybe next time! See them now before they start playing the arena circuit!

the wood brothers @ Columbia mo. More amazing then I could have ever hope for. There just keep getting better with each new album. With flawless songs and plenty of taking to the crowd it was an awesome night.. Also they chilled after the show and singed autographs and were very humble and easy goin guys. Will be at as shows as I can and would recommend then to anyone who like blues.
