THE WANTED IN CONCERT:
With their superb vocal harmonies, razor-sharp choreography, and boyish good looks, dance-pop sensation the Wanted create a collective swoon every time they perform. Known for their approachability and generosity, these English-Irish lads truly bring something special to the boy band mix, lifting adoring fans on stage to join them in electrifying performances of hits like "Glad You Came" and "All Time Low." Hot on the heels of the late-2013 release of Word of Mouth , the Wanted are primed to inflame global passions with their first-ever world tour in 2014.
SNAPSHOT BACKGROUND:
Formed in 2009, the Wanted are an English-Irish boy band consisting of members Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes. Their self-titled 2010 debut album peaked at No. 4 on the UK Singles Chart, spawning a slew of club-ready singles like "Heart Vacancy" and "Lose My Mind." The group started to see global success in 2011 when "Glad You Came," the lead single from sophomore album Battleground, kindled American and Canadian hearts. Following the 2013 release of their third album Word of Mouth, the boys are due stateside for another round of shows on their first-ever world tour.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"The Wanted were amazing live, not the first time seeing them and definitely not the last, they had so much energy and vocals were amazing."
"Great atmosphere, great sound, and a whole lot of fun! I was given the luxury of meeting them outside the venue as well as getting brought up on stage to be Nathan's 'Heart Vacancy' girl! If you get the chance, definitely go and see them!"
"Fab show...The Wanted were amazing...it was fantastic. Will definitely be booking tickets again!"

This was seriously the most amazing thing!!! Ahh i cant believe it, it went by too fast! Babies come back?!/:
School Boy Humor opened up for The Wanted at this venue. I wasn't impressed with them and I particularly don't like bands that demand we repeat their name over and over and then demand that we scream for them, especially when most of us didn't know who they were. But that's just the opening so it's irrelevant to how The Wanted performed. Right off the bat TW came out with a ton of energy and started interacting with the crowd! They waved to people and you could tell they recognized some of the people that they had met before. Their vocals were amazing and they seemed like they really enjoyed the performance as much as the audience. I've been to a lot of converts before but this one was possibly the best one yet! They are all so cute and so nice! We're glad they came!
They are really great live and really nice to their fans! I would definitely recommend seeing them.
The concert was exciting and 100% fun. They sounded amazing live and did a lot of fun songs. I never wanted it to end!
Start time was 7pm. The Wanted didn't come out until a little after 8pm, and only played until 9pm. So it wasn't very long. Took my kids, ages: 10, 9 and 7. Their first concert. They had a blast! The opening band music was good but their comments were weird. Ex: Our band might not be any good but we look great with our shirts off. The Wanted we're great though.
I'm a huge fan of The Wanted, and this was my first concert of theirs that I went to and it was AMAZING!! They are amazing performers! They interact with the audience a lot, and they're not afraid to be themselves on stage. :) They were actually on the side of the stage where I was the most and that made me happy! :D The songs they performed were all perfect for a concert. Vocally, they are amazing too!!! This is why I LOVEEEE The Wanted, and I hope I can go to another one of their concerts again soon!
Since park admission was required, you get to spend a day at Six Flags. And then watch A favorite band!! I had so much fun! This was a great first concert!!
The concert was so much fun. Definitely much better than I expected and I cannot wait for them to come back cuz I will definitely pay to see them again!
My daughter and 3 of her friends went also. They were in absolute aww over the entire concert. spending the day at Six Flags just added to an unforgettable day. she is a #1 of the wanted. she watches the video diaries and will speak with their accent all day long. it's amazing how down pack she has it.
I had an amazing time in the concert. It was so cool seen those guys perform. They are wonderful and I will go to another concert of them. Love them!!!!!!!!!!
Per my 14 year old daughter it was the greatest day of her life. the night before the concert she had 7 friends spend the night where they made posters. My daughters poster said "Kiss Me Siva, I'm Irish Too". They all went nuts when she actually reached out and got to hold his hand during "I'm Glad You Came". After the concert she tweeted about how great it was. Tom (one of the band members) re-tweeted her tweet on his twitter page which again made them all go nuts. To top it a picture of her holding the sign was posted in the Dallas News "Entertainment" section.
Fun, to bad I didn't know their songs. I went with my 8 and 11 year old daughters. Loved that we could do 6 flags all day, then go see the concert!!
This was the best of the bestest concert!!!!!!!!!!!! The Wanted was superb and my sister and I had a wonderful time. When we got home I could not stop talking about it to my parents and for the next day every time I heard them on the radio I wanted to cry because I remember what a wonderful time we had. thank you so much
Wow...the energy you could feel in the crowd was indescribable! The Wanted was over the top AMAZING! They even sang a few songs by Coldplay... It was perfect!
This was the best show ever!!!! All the stars were so nice and so amazing. Chris Rene was the highlight of my day, he was so shy, but yet so nice to everybody. If he had a chance to come say hello, he did. KLUC Rocked it as well. I listen to them everyday. It was so nice to finally meet them.
Amazing show! The Wanted, DEV, and Karmin were great and 92.3 NOW kept us entertained the entire night
The Wanted were amazing!!!! All the other performers were incredible too! Travie McCoy suprised everyone and ran on stage during Chiddy Bangs performance. Overall it was a great show, I just wish 92.3 now gave each artist a longer time slot so they could perform more songs.
This was definitely one of the best concerts I have EVER been to! The Best Buy Theater was so cool and such a fun venue. The opening acts were all really good, Chiddy Bang, Karmin, and Dev, but The Wanted was absolutely amazing! For the opening acts, it was like a huge dance party, but when The Wanted came out it was all about them! 92.3 Now did such a great job with the concert and all of the DJ's were so nice! I wish I could go to this concert every night! Haha :) My sister won the tickets through the radio station, so that made it even better!
I thought the venue was very nice and it was very well organized with letting people in! People slept outside for days and everyone got the spot they deserved! The proformences were amazing except for chitty bang! I didn't enjoy his act at all! Karmin and Dev were amazing! Their proformences were top notch!! The head lining band The Wanted (the reason I went) were unbelievable!! They interacted with the crowd a lot which was great!! I was front row and interacted with all of them!! Nathan read my sign for him and was speechless to the point where he stopped singing mid song! Tom read my sign for him and laughed!! Tom an max took my friends phones on stage!! The only thing I didn't like was that they cut The Wantes short! The sound system was great!! I got amazing pics and videos as well!! Overall my experience at the one night stand concert was 100% the best concert I've been too!!
