THE VAMPS IN CONCERT:
Since their formation in 2012, British pop rock outfit the Vamps have quickly captured the hearts and minds of fans around the world with their upbeat sound and boyish good looks. The band's animated live shows match the chipper mood of their recordings, and frontman Brad Simpson's infectious energy never fails to get fans pumped up on party-worthy tracks like "Can We Dance" and "Last Night". Hot on the heels of their 2014 debut full-length Meet the Vamps, the boys will treat ticket buyers to another round of unforgettable performances on tour with Austin Mahone.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
In 2011 guitarist James McVey and singer Brad Simpson became friends via YouTube and began writing songs together. After recruiting bassist Connor Ball and drummer Tristan Evans they formed the Vamps and began uploading catchy cover songs to the web. The band quickly became a sensation as their YouTube views skyrocketed into the millions, and before long viral fame gave way to chart success. Their 2013 debut single "Can We Dance" landed at No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart, and was quickly followed up in 2014 with the Top 3 hits "Wild Heart" and "Last Night". Those wildly popular singles propelled the band's full-length debut album Meet the Vamps onto the charts in 10 countries and landed them supporting slots on tour with Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and the Wanted. Already an established live presence in their native UK, the Vamps will treat US fans to their buoyant live show on tour with Austin Mahone in summer 2014.
This concert was just amazing. The sound was perfect, the wait was basically nothing, and the music was just outstanding. I got more than my money’s worth, and all the artists were so close. Each opening artist did about 3-4 songs, and even though I did not know them, I found myself dancing along. It was definitely the best concert I’ve been to. I would go again, 100%!!!!!
This is my 1st time seeing the Vamps live and I wasn't even aware they would be in LA. I let me friend know they were going to be here tomorrow and we got out tickets right away. I am so glad we were Able to attend. The show was full of energy and fun. I will definitely be in their next concert. :)
Saw them at Gramercy the other night. All 4 are so talented and Brad certainly knows how to entertain the crowd. I highly recommend!!
The Gramercy Theatre was a perfect venue. Any seat in the theatre was an excellent view! The Vamps have a stage presence like no other. The energy in the building was fantastic and unforgettable. Tickets were reasonability priced, as were the other tickets for The Vamps that I attended. As a result, it's definitely worth it to see this amazing band perform.
The vamps NEVER disappoint! I've been to every NYC show since they first ever played their first show at the gramercy and they are amazing each and every time! Their energy and happiness is so contagious which just creates this electric feel the whole night. They are so good live and they always have a great setlist! For this show they even brought out Sabrina Carpenter. Overall a great show and I am very much looking forward to seeing them in the summer :)
Been a fan of The Vamps from the beginning and was so excited they finally came to tour in the States. The Vamps absolutely killed it. Loved their set and the intimacy of the venue. Would definitely go to another show. Also, became a huge fan of one of their opening acts, Before You Exit, after the show. Not to keen on The Tide though. Nonetheless, it was a bunch of talented guys who were great performers.
Headliner The Vamps came through Philly on their U.S. tour with an AWESOME show! Opening bands were also good - took a song or two to fully adjust the sound at initial start-up but once completed the show was great!! Music and vocals were distorted first couple of songs of the night - quality of sound sacrificed for volume. Better once adjusted, but very little separation. All in all a fantastic show!
Seeing The Vamps in concert is truly an amazing experience. At the time, I was not familiar with the opening acts: The Tide or Before You Exit, but they were a great act, and I wish I would have known about then earlier. The Vamps sounded amazing, and the energy of the room was unreal. Would definitely recommend going to one of their concerts!
Started relatively timely. Two great opening acts. Held the crowd and kept them going. Wish the main act would have played a little longer though but overall they were great.
Vamps were very entertaining, but The Tide was AWESOME!
The bands were incredible. The meet and greet with BYE was an unforgettable experience!! They were super sweet guys.
The two opening acts were truly great. The Vamps did not disappoint me. Plus the started with my favorite Vamp song "Wild Heart"! Truely wirth the price!!!
It was more than amazing that I wanted to go back in time and see those three bands again! They were really good and I had a lot of fun!
Both of the opening acts were really good. I mainly came to see The Vamps and when they got their chance to preform they were beyond good! I love their music and now I love them even more live. I would totally see them again!
This year I've attended five concerts so far- and this one takes the cake. There's no way any other show will compare to it- and that's understandable, because I've been waiting 2.5 years to see The Vamps. All three bands were so phenomenal, and the crowd's energy was through the roof. The general admission pit didn't get to crazy (just a bit of pushing, but that's expected), the lights were magnificent, the sound quality was great- I honestly just wish the show would've lasted the whole night.
I had so much fun seeing the vamps in Atlanta with two of my good friends. The whole concert was full of energy and everyone had a great time.The Vamps were so energetic and entertaining keeping the whole crowd jumping and dancing. It was so fun!
Although I am a huge one direction fan, who has been to three of their concerts, I thought that this concert was so much better than 1Ds!! They were so energetic and I can easily say it was the best concert I've ever been to!!! The opening acts were also suprisngly amazing as well :)

This show was Completely unforgettable. Everything was amazing Before You Exit, The Tide, and The Vamps were all Incredible. I wish I could go back!
I've been to many concerts and I have to say that this one was my favorite by far! The vamps put on a great show and so did their opening acts!!
