  • you MUST see the Urge!

by Swarnimus on 11/27/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

The Urge has made an exciting re-entry to the music scene and St. Louis knows it! The crowd was energetic for each and every song and shouted for more and more.

  • The Urge just dominates!

    by Nighthawk14 on 11/25/11The Pageant - St. LouisRating: 5 out of 5

Opening acts The Gorge = extremely talented musicians, original music, good presence, will definitely go see them again. Brook Royal = poor choice, unoriginal, looked like they made a last minute to hot topic to get their stage gear. Really can't understand their popularity other than a radio station plugging them all the time. THE MAIN SHOW Last and not least The Urge... Utterly FANTASTIC! They melted faces with a blistering set of old and new songs and left us wanting more!

  • they burned thst place to the ground!!!! outstandi

I've been an urge fan forever. They sang everything just like the studio version. They didn't screw it all up like most live bands do by imrovising. I'm trying to get more tickets for.the next show. HELL YEAH

  • Best show

The urge put on an awesome show. I loved the confetti cannons. It was amazing the best show all year.

Steve and the boys from The Urge didn't miss a beat since they split ways years ago. Although I'm years older, I felt like I did back in college watching them. Unbelievable.

  • Got the Heart Pumping Again!

    by Ox35 on 11/21/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

The boys still have it... They sounded terrific from the pit! Brought back floods of memories and got the heart pumping again... I really hope it was worth their efforts and they continue with their live performances. Especially the home town holiday shows!

  • the urge were on top of their game

by Schlaper on 11/20/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

The Urge always puts on a great show. So much energy and fun. They need to keep playing live. Always entertaining and the crowd has fun.

  • It's like the Urge never left

    by jonceramic1 on 11/20/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

This is why you go to live shows... to be blown away by energy that you could never get on a record. Real music. No samples. No pretense. Just song after song of pure energy. Steve and the boys just brought it like it was 1993 all over again. The crowd was pure energy. We were all dancing and moshing and headbanging and singing along with fists in the air. Phenomenal show. Phenomenal energy.

  • PTMFUS!!!!

by MyApology on 11/17/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

The Urge is back. I saw them at Pointfest this year and on the 11th, and I want to try and see them again on the 18th or the 25th. It was awesome, its almost like they never left, just like Pointfest in '04.

  • The Urge tore it up!!!

by SuMoChRiS on 11/15/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

This was awesome! But then again, every show of The Urge that I've been to has been awesome. I love The Pageant of course because of the close up view anywhere in the place.

  • The Urge

    by Stevenj2980 on 11/14/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

The Urge played all their original songs from the CDs we listened to back in high school. This was a great performance that sounded just like it did back then.

  • URGE WAS WONDERFUL!!!

    by Bgirl311 on 11/13/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

The Urge was fantastic!!! I had a really great time in the reserved seating section. Although I was a bit to close to the speaker! But The Urge is worth it!! I thought the show went well! I can't wait for the next 2!!! I love Matt!!! He is wonderful with the trombone!

  • Awesome, but.....

    by Shank1981 on 11/13/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 4 out of 5

I love the urge! Seen them a few times now, the only negative is it way to crowded. Almost like they oversold! We literally couldn't move the moment we got there!

  • The Urge...still got it!

    by CrudeJude2 on 11/13/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

I was so looking forward to this, and the Urge did NOT disappoint. Excellent show with great energy, incredible sound and living proof that Steve Ewing still has what it takes to lead this awesome band. The band danced, ran around and looked like they were having a kick-ass time playing together. Most importantly, they sounded GREAT. So impressed. So glad we went. So awesome.

  • They are Back!!!

by JHerc on 11/13/11The Pageant - St LouisRating: 5 out of 5

It is almost as if they were not on a hiatus for 10 years. The members of the Urge are still full of energy and they put on a tremendous performance.
