About

The Tenderloins are a New York-based comedy troupe, whose four members – Joe Gatto, James Murray, Brian Quinn and Sal Vulcano – are the creators, executive producers, and stars of truTV’s hit series, Impractical Jokers. Now in its 6th season, Impractical Jokers follows The Tenderloins as they coerce one another into doing public pranks while being filmed by hidden cameras. With each new season, the show continues to take dares to outrageous levels with new over-the-top hijinks. At the end of its 4th season, the series celebrated 100 episodes in the US with a live television event, The Impractical Jokers Live Punishment Special. Hosted by Howie Mandel, the special drew in 3 million viewers with an impressive 150 MM social media impressions. The Troupe have toured steadily nationwide over the last three years with their highly successful “truTV Impractical Jokers ‘Where’s Larry?’ Tour Starring the Tenderloins,” playing to thousands of fans per market including a 3-night sold out run at New York’s historic Radio City Music Hall. The new tour, “Santiago Sent Us,” continues on The Tenderloins’ success on the road, broadening the live show’s reach in the US and the United Kingdom, selling out 4 shows at The O2 Arena in London in January 2017. Natives of Staten Island, NY, Sal, Joe, “Murr” and “Q” met while attending high school and later formed The Tenderloins Comedy Troupe in 1999. After years of performing live improv and sketch comedy shows, The Tenderloins crossed over to the web, garnering millions of views for their internet sketches, eventually creating the runaway success Impractical Jokers for truTV. Impractical Jokers is top 5 in its timeslot on cable in the US and is the #1 show on Comedy Central in the United Kingdom and India.

    Beyond the "Jokers"

by SaffySmith on 12/17/12The Gramercy - New York

Hilarious live show that goes way beyond the "Impractical Jokers" show. The show always has a feeling to it that at any moment it will fall off the track, but that's a part of the appeal. Please be aware, this is NOT a show for kids, it is vulgar and extreme. For those who like some "mature" themes and humor you'll have fun at the show

    Christmas Spectacular!

by BookOfLazy on 12/17/12Gramercy Theatre - New York

This truly was a Christmas Spectacular. From the opening acts of Jay Miller & Casey Jost and the choir singing with full accompaniement of a gingerbread chorus (bonus for including a RENT song) all through the Tenderloins (a.k.a. the Impractical Jokers) doing what they do best I was laughing until my sides hurt. They make the show very interactive with audience participation and Q&A so you feel like you are part of it. If you ever have a chance to see them live - JUMP ON IT! You won't be disappointed!

Awesome show. Loved the Q and A and the venue because it was small.

    The Tenderloins are unbelievably awesome!!!

by swat1979 on 12/17/12Gramercy Theatre - New York

This is my third time being at a Tenderloins podcast, and they never fail at making their audience die of laughter. These gentlemen have been friends for over twenty years, and they never seem at a loss of ways to mess with each other, yet keep that brotherly bond that makes them so endearing! Also, even though they are television stars, their rise to fame hasn't made them lose sight of the fans that brought them to that place. They make themselves available after every show for a meet and greet, where they'll sign autographs, pose for pics, and chat with their fans! Bottom line...if you're looking for a fun time with a group of awesome guys, check out one of their live shows, or check out their TV show 'Impractical Jokers' on TruTV!!!

    meh....

by Lostat22 on 12/17/12Gramercy Theatre - New York

I was unimpressed and overall disappointed with the show. I'll stick to watching the tv show instead. At least that's funny. Still don't understand why a number of parents brought their young children (under 10) to the show. It was NOT age appropriate for them and the venue never should have let them in.

Great show The only thing that I didnt like is that they had children there when it clearly stated 16 years and older kinda ruined the show
