    This concert was great!

by Rmmann on 1/1/15Palace Theatre New York - New York

The Four Tops and Temptations were the main Motown men's group of my childhood and although most of the original members have passed on, this concert brought back so many wonderful memories! Go see it for the memories, go see it for the music you remember and the music you forgot and go see it for the love you will feel while enjoying the event!

by DurhamAngel on 10/1/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

The concert was So Cool. Brought back good memories of the past. It was a real treat to see the The Temptations and The Four Tops. We enjoyed the solos by the Temps and The Four Tops especially the performances by Duke and "Junior".. Loved Otis Williams, too !! Thank you for such an entertaining evening and hope you return to DPAC !! "Durham Angel"

    Really Good Show

by Aydenite on 9/30/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

I really enjoyed the show. For once, short people sat in front of me :) I wish we could have taken pictures, but understand. Only two minor complaints - Temptations should have been the headliner and went second and they didn't sing "Get Ready". Everything else was great!

    The Temptations & Four Tops

by catsopinion on 9/30/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

The Temptations were great, I wish I could say the same for the Four Tops. People go to concerts to hear the music a group became famous for but evidently the Four Tops didn't share that opinion. By the time they did many people had already gotten up and left.

    Temptations/Four Tops

by DenRal on 9/30/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

The Temptations were outstanding and brought back memories. The Four Tops portion of the show was excellent, however the highlight of the night was the Temptations

    Loved the Music

by theshopper on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

Listening to the music of the Temptations and Four Tops was so much fun. Just about everyone in the audience sang and/or stood during the performance because hearing those "old" songs brought back so many wonderful memories. The groups both worked hard to do their best and it showed.

the temptations were awesome....they kept you on the edge of your seat at all times.....loved the comedy they add to there songs.....they rate a 5 plus....little disappiontmed in four tops....they wanted to relive the past.....lots of people left early I noticed....they need to get it upbeat...focus on the four tops music....we all know the real ones had passed on to heaven....make them look down and be proud of there music....not reliving there death....

The Temptations & The Four Tops

by ClayHunter on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

Excellent show. The Temptations were outstanding and delighted all of us with their oldies but goldies. They had all of us on our feet and dancing for much of the show bringing the house down with their National Anthem -MY GIRL. The Four Tops were very good but should have played more of their famous hits of the past. Most of their audience were in the 50+ age limit and wanted to hear more of their hits.

    We Got Screwed!

by TeddyBearsssss on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

Very disappointing! Each band only did three to four of their original songs. We ended up leaving the show before it was over.

    Temptations were fantastic

by Travelover on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

The temptations were fantastic. I wish they were last. The Four Tops were OK but I could have listened to the Temptations by themselves all night. They really know how to work a crowd.

    TEMPS & TOPS

by 1KD1 on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

This was the first time that I have seen either of these groups in person. It was delightful to see them both on the same night. The Temptations still have the best moves of any mail group I have ever seen in my life. The Four Tops were also amazing. I really appreciated the way both groups paid homage to their fallen brothers. I am glad I had the opportunity to see the groups with at least one of the original members. I will see them again if they come back.

    Temptations were unforgettable!

by CUMom on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

Both groups were good, but the Temptations knew how to work the crowd, and they had so much energy! I took my mom for her birthday, and I may have enjoyed it more than she did! HA! I would recommend this show to anyone, loved it!

    MoTown

by Motown10 on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

The order in which the groups performed should have been reversed. The Four Tops did not have as much energy and audience interaction as the Temptations did. Therefore, the second half of the performance did not have near the excitement and fun as the first. I personally feel, if the Four Tops had gone first and then the Temptations second to wrap up at the high energy level they did, the performance would have been awesome.

Temptations and Four Tops still have it going on

by MoTad on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

I have to say this one of of the better concerts I have been to in a long time. Sitting back three rows from the stage made it even better. Both groups put on a show just not music but told a story. Very touching moments throughout their performances. I would go see them again anytime.

    Amazing show!!

by Blkberri on 9/29/14DPAC - Durham Performing Arts Center - Durham

I took my mom as part of her 82nd birthday celebration. We had great seats on the floor, center aisle. The Temptations came on first. I enjoyed everything they sang. Otis Williams, the only original member left, was still a dancing machine. They looked sharp in their purple suits. The bass singer was almost as good as Melvin "Blue" Williams. The Four Tops were ok. I must admit that I love The Temptations. I like The Four Tops. I was disappointed that The Temptations performed first. The Four Tops sounded good, sang their classics. The set they did as a tribute to the members of the group that died was boring. Overall both groups were amazing!! Mom and I liked The Temptations though.
