About

Direct from sell out tours of the UK & Europe The Simon & Garfunkel Story tells the fascinating tale of how two young boys from Queens, New York went on to become the world’s most successful music duo of all time. Starting from their humble beginnings as 50’s Rock n Roll duo Tom & Jerry, The Simon & Garfunkel Story takes you through all the songs and stories that shaped them, the dramatic split, their individual solo careers and ending with a stunning recreation of the legendary 1981 Central Park reunion concert.

Using a projection screen, the show features 1960s photographs and film footage accompanied by a full band performing all their hits including Mrs Robinson’, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Homeward Bound, Scarborough Fair, The Boxer, The Sound Of Silence and many more.

“Simply incredible”- BBC Scotland

Fantastic jurney back to the future

by Christopher on 3/6/24Toyota Oakdale Theatre - Wallingford

The artists, the band, the journey trough the history: all top quality. I traveled with my wife from NYC to CT to see the concert! An amazing experience, very engaged artists, fun for the public of mostly older ages, sometimes accompanied by the younger generation. I will always remember big smile and one word comment: "awesome" from nice leady on motorized chair exiting the theater after the concert. We agree with her 100%! Thank you!

    A Great Evening of Entertainment

by Ms. Fist on 3/5/24St. George Theatre - Staten Island

The two vocalists sang very well. The band was great. The movie clips that were shown really captured the themes of the songs and the era the songs were written in. I would say that the show accomplished its goal in honoring the words and music of Simon and Garfunkel.

    Simon & Garfunkel Story

by many concerts on 3/5/24St. George Theatre - Staten Island

Very well done. It has all the history and stories behind the stories. Its tells of all the accomplishments also. Art Garfunkel also showed up and the end of the show at the St. George in Staten Island, New York. The performers were also surprised. It's not called the greatest city in the world for nothing. Art Garfunkel lives here also.

It was a beautiful show with a surprise visit of Art Garfunkel taking in the show and his exact words were; “Great F’kin’ show”. St. George Theatre is a great venue.

    Step back in time

by Cathy on 2/20/24Montgomery Performing Arts Centre - Montgomery

The performers harmony was eerily reminiscent of Simon and Garfunkel. The visual background of scenes from the era triggered so many forgotten memories. My husband and I have both mentioned that we have those tunes “planted in my brain.” A lovely evening.

    Fantastic

by Clay on 2/20/24Montgomery Performing Arts Centre - Montgomery

Great show, definitely a don't miss for music lovers. The performers looked and sounded like the original duo. Their band was young and talented that offered fantastic backup vocals as well.

I so wanted this to be great

    by Hoped4more on 2/19/24

It was mediocre at best. Evident they didn't have rights to some assets - like actual photos of Simon and Garfunkel performances. Vocals were ok - visuals were horrible. If you are looking for something like Beautiful, Carole King story - or even Cher - which is simply fun - save your money. If you want to see two guys dressed up like S & G - with ok vocals - you'll like it.

A Night of Musical Magic with Simon & Garfunkel

by SIS on 2/19/24Montgomery Performing Arts Centre - Montgomery

Loved them as a teenager! Love them even more now as a Senior. What an absolutely amazing walk down memory lane via sights & sound. So well done by all. Even Garfunkel’s mannerisms we’re captured to a “T”. It’s a don’t miss!!!

    Awestruck!

by Lilly on 2/19/24Montgomery Performing Arts Centre - Montgomery

The show was amazing! We almost drove to Sandy Springs, GA the next day to catch it again that night! The actors/musicians were amazing and really had the voices and mannerisms is PS/AG down. Surprisingly, I remembered almost every word, though I’m sure the people around me wished I hadn’t :) Thank you for bringing such a wonderful memory to Montgomery. It was something I didn’t even know I needed.

    It was decent

    by Rich on 2/19/24

Adequate but not overly impressed. Stage show, lighting, and presentation was lack luster. Needs to be a much larger production to live up to the hype of the advertising. Sorry, but would not recommend to my friends. I’d tell them to spend the money on S&G CDs they could listen to at home instead. Grateful for the night out…but left a bit disappointed in the show.
