The Roberts Orpheum Theater Tickets

For general information, call the theater administration office at (314) 588-0388. Tickets are not sold at the theater except on the day of performance.

The box office opens two hours prior to performance time on the DAY OF SHOW only. Doors open a half hour prior to ticketed performance time.

Pick up tickets beginning two hours prior to performance time on the day of show. Customers must show credit card used to purchase tickets, confirmation number, and photo ID.

Garage parking is available directly across from the theater on 9th Street in The Renaissance Garage, and just south of the theater in the 9th Street Garage (accessible from Olive Street, between 9th & 10th Streets). . Several surface lots are available in the immediate vicinity, as well as limited metered street parking. Prices for garage and surface parking range from $5.00 to $10.00.

Persons with special needs (including wheel chairs) should call (314)421-4400 to make any necessary arrangements.

The Roberts Orpheum Theater is a non-smoking facility. Cameras (including picture and video mobile phones) and recording devices are not permitted. Mobile phones, pagers, watches, hand-held games, and all other devises that emit sound must be placed in silent mode or turned off when entering the theater. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. The following items are not allowed in the theater: coolers, cans, bottles or glass containers, aerosol products, food or drink, laser devises, banners or signs with sticks, fireworks, frisbees, pets (except service animals), and strollers. Anyone not complying with the house rules will be asked to leave the theater and will not receive a refund.
