There is no better place around for a concert like this. The group was great and the sound was fantastic! Ready for another round.
The electric guitars were deafening. Ruined what could have been a phenomenal show!
The Rippingtons, from start to finish, performing in every way, was a true musical experience. Every band member shared his gift of music. So blessed to be a part of the audience
The seating was comfort, the location was well capable to handle the crowd, the environment was comfortable and the audio was excellent!
My wife had a great night, this was the first time seeing The Rippingtons Live, we have been to the Garage for many different concerts and as always we had a really good time. We enjoyed the company around us and will be back
I had the pleasure of seeing The Rippingtons at the Birchmere this past Monday night. I have seen them many times over the years and have never come away disappointed. This time was no exception. The band sounded better than ever and each musician is so talented. Great solos and playing from all. I hated to see this show end. Go see the Ripps if you get the chance. You will come away very happy if you do.
The show was great! C.Rose and I enjoyed it immensely. Rico on that bass Amazing!!! The entire band was terrific. I been listening to the Rippingtons since the early 90’s. Fan for life.
The Rippingtons never disappoints! I try to see them whenever they are in the DMV area. They take me to my happy place everytime. Go Rico, Go Rico....
Rippington's featuring Russ Freeman, food, and service were outstanding and exceptional. Looking forward to next shows at Birchmere..
The band played very well, and the solos were nothing short of awesome.
Haven’t had the opportunity to see this group in a while . Still amazing definitely didn’t disappoint.
First time at this venue and seeing the Rippington's, fabulous for both. We truly enjoyed our evening. I would not hesitate to come to Kodak Center again. In fact I would prefer it.
Comfortable venue, but the sound board folks did not have the mix right. At the beginning of the concert the players monitors weren't working. Throughout they had the back line to loud so that the primary artists (guitar and sax) were under amped. Disappointing. The musicians and what they played were pure Rippingtons...awesome. Great to see them in CNY.
Great concert. These guys can all really play! They make it look easy and sound great. Would definitely go again.
Both shows were magnificent. Grace Kelly is a delightful Ball of Fire... and provided a splendid performance for the opening act. This was our first time seeing and hearing Ms.Kelly. Just an amazing level of energy and sincerity in relating to her audience. Great singer, composer and saxaphonist! The Rippington's were in fine form as per usual. This is the 3rd time we have attended a Rippington's performance and we hope to attend several more in the coming years. This group exudes a wonderful blended cohesion. Any one of the group's members can stand alone in ability and quality but together they are... "The Rippington's". Hope they continue for another 25 years!
First time to Berks Jazz Fest and hopefully not her last. Attended other shows and everyone in our group rated her the best performance
Like always when Jaming with these guys you take a never ending journey in sound. So much music to be enjoyed I escaped this crazy world for hours. Thanks for the ride
The Rippingtons let it ripp!! Great to see them come come to town for the Berks Jazz Fest.
This was my first time attending this event. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced at $10. The auditorium had good acoustics. I was on the first row but in the corner so I was disappointed that I couldn’t see the whole stage. I was able to leave my seat and walk to the back where I could see better and take some good photos and videos. It was also nice that except for the prohibition of using flash, there was no restrictions on photography. The artist appeared in the lobby immediately after the performance to provide autographs and beer and wine could be taken into the auditorium. Very enjoyable. I will be keeping an eye out for attending again next year.
