Radiators were great, esp when they played with a more southern rock feel!

Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 2/14/11Bluebird Theater - Denver Rating: 5 out of 5 Farewell Rads!!
by Bogart126 on 2/14/11Bluebird Theater - DenverFirst off, there's nothing like seeing a show at the Bluebird. every spot on the floor is great. the Rads were fantastic. They played two full sets. interspersed some nice covers - stones, neil diamond, allmans along with their own steller material. we're going to miss ya boys!

Rating: 5 out of 5 Let's Radiate
by Anonymous on 2/14/11Bluebird Theater - DenverAnother great show as the Radiators wind it down. The 02/12 show was truely phonominal. Great song selection and high energy. These guys will really be missed, but don't think Ed V. can be swayed otherwise.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Outstanding Performances By All
by comfeline on 2/14/11Bluebird Theater - DenverIf you missed it, those that were there will tell you this show was nothing less than outrageous! Not one still body in the house as I noticed big smiles were abundant on all the faces moving to the tunes. They brought the attitude and we enjoyed Friday night at the Bluebird. They still got it - THANK YOU
Rating: 1 out of 5 Radiators were horrible!
by Anonymous on 2/14/11Bluebird Theater - DenverThe Radiators have such a good reputation of being an awesome live band so when I saw they were playing I thought "I have to go see them". The show was a total disappointment and they were HORRIBLE! The timing thoughout songs was terrible, the keyboardist was weak at best and his solos were so basic a child could play them. The bass player was almost non-existant and looked as if we was going to fall alseep at any minute. You couldn't hear the lead guitarist's solos at all and when I looked over at the sound man there was no one even standing near the soundboard...Unbelievable!!! The first set was just horrific and the second tolerable at best. The Rythym/Lead guitarist and singer had some tasty leads and vocals but the band as a whole was terrible. The fans seemed to be easilly impressed at any solo without even listensing to the content. Their farewell tour couldn't have come soon enough. What a waste of money.

Rating: 4 out of 5 Radiators Rock you every time in a different way
by Turkeychacha on 7/19/09House of Blues Houston - HoustonI would rate this show a 5 but for going to Mom's Ball in NOLA during Mardi Gras. Now that is the 5 star show. They need to be brought through Houston regularly as there are a lot of Louisiana people that knew them years ago beofe they moved to the Houston area. Opening acts could be improved on.

Rating: 5 out of 5 Up and Coming Houston Band
by Fridolin on 7/18/09House of Blues Houston - HoustonAlthough we enjoyed the Radiators and the energy of the Zydeco band, we were extremely impressed with the performance by the opening band, Low Man's Joe. Their songs were tuneful and their performance was dynamic. The audience reaction was fun to watch as many screamed, danced and whistled. This is a band to watch.
Rating: 5 out of 5 still the bomb!
by disceaux on 7/18/09House of Blues Houston - HoustonAfter 1st seeing this group in the 70's for free on wednesday nights at siebenkettel's italian restaurant on elysian fields, i am truly amazed that they still rock & are so amazingly tihg!!!!! Unbelievable show, 2 hours for a $10 ticket! I brought 6 friends who were totally blown away....Why this show was not even mentioned, much less promoted as a must see in the local newspapers is WAY, TOTALLY beyond human, or extraterrestrial, comprehension!
