It was amazing to be in the same building with all the talent of former UK players. So much passion for Kentucky basketball it sends chills down your spine and leaves no doubt, Kentucky fans are the greatest in college sports.

This was my first visit to the Yum Center, and it was not a good first impression. They turned the lights off to introduce the starting lineup, then they wouldn't come back on. They even delayed the game for approx. 20 minutes and started anyway in the dark. Therefore they didn't even have video on the videoboards because they were using these, as well as the ad ribbons and signs to display a white screen so the players could see how to play. It was near the end of the first quarter before the lights came on. This made for horrible photography, as you might imagine. Next complaint... There were NO player stats displayed at any time during the game. We had no idea how many points the players on the court had, how many fouls they had, etc. I didn't even see a board or ribbon where this was ever a display option. Then I go in the women's restroom at the very beginning of halftime. I darted in there before it got crowded, and no paper towels to dry your hands. Next, the whole time I was in the arena I could see that there was supposed to be an open wireless network as my phone scanned it, but the signal registered as 'Poor' and it always failed to connect properly. The regular cell signal only produced one tiny bar on my phone (basically a dot) so I was getting failures as I tried to post my complaints on facebook. Lastly, this place was designed poorly.... the EXITS, specifically. I was sitting in section 114 in the lower arena and everyone from section 111 thru my section had to exit using one exit, only. There was a major tie-up many times and I can see an emergency exit situation being a major issue if you ever needed one. Rupp Arena is designed with multiple exits at most sections and getting out of the place is not an issue. This was a pitiful design and if there's ever a tragedy I can see a big problem getting out. To make a long story short, the Yum Center was a very disappointing venue and I am so glad that UK doesn't play there that often. I think Freedom Hall has them beat functionally. Yes, maybe the Yum Center has a nice bar, concourse seating, and overlooks the river, but the design and functionality is lacking in several aspects!!!

Awesome! I took my nephew for his birthday and we couldnt have asked for a better way to spend it! It was so good to see all of the UK players again after they have moved on. Lockout-Schmockout....not gonna stop the fans!!

The YUM Center is very nice except they charge WAY TOO MUCH for soft drinks and beer. I enjoyed the game once the lights came back on and I could actually see the game.

Event was great. Arena was horrible. Most of the 1st quarter was played in the dark because they could not get the lights to come back on. The people working the event seemed to be clueless when it came to their job duties and responsibilities. I would love to see these guys come back and play again, but will not go to another event at the YUM center again!!!

The event was great, however they could not get the lights to come on until the 2nd quarter. Shows what a terrible venue the Yum Center is.

This was such a great game! Loved the players, and so glad they made the time to play for their fans! However, I was disappointed in the location. Overall, the stadium was really nice. However, we had to watch part of the game without the lights because they were not working. There was a delay in the game. After a few minutes of not coming back on, we had to watch part of the first half with only the lights from the "light up boards". I also didn't like that you could not see the team stats like other arenas have. I can't say enough good things about the game; however, to have such a new and nice arena, I would think things like lights wouldn't have been an issue.

This was one of my favorite events ever. Seeing all the big blue in August was awesome. I hope this becomes more of an annual event - as I'll be there every time.

Very disappointed with this event overall. Lights were out for the first 10 minutes of game, referee bias towards Dominican Republic, even the "international rules" were not adhered too!

I enjoy any type of basketball. But i have to say that more than the basketball, seeing the city of LOUSYVILLE covered in a sea of blue as fans from the Roman Empire of college basketball decended on that god forsaken city and arena was far more enjoyable than the game. Go Big Blue!!! Hats off to the Dominican team, and Go everyone but the University of Lousyville!!!

Great event. Anything KY basketball is great for me. But to see all those former players playing together and the former coaches on the side lines, it was just a lot of fun. A special event that needs to happen more often. Go Cats!!!

This event was GREAT for UK FANS and players as a whole. The fact that we can sell out Rupp and almost the Yum! Center too is amazing and says a lot about Kentucky fans. It was a great event and Calipari is a genius for coming up with it.

Atmosphere was unbelievable!!!!!!!! Wonderful memories for family!

Great Event to see. But in the end it was sad to see UK go down to the UL Dominican players.
