The Polar Express Tickets

The show was really cute! The pre-show had cute things too. Things to improve: we were packed in like sardines for floor seating. We were so close to the seats in front of us. It was a kid show, so kids needed to get in and out for bathroom breaks and such, and it was really hard to move. Also, the gift table was taken down too early. We bought glow wand for my daughter and it broke. I went out about half way through the movie and the table was cleaned up and there was no one to exchange it

It was nice but I brought me and my 6 year old daughter I spent $170 total and only got a polar pack for her one drink and nachos to share I felt like I paid a ridiculous amount to watch kids do gymnastics which my nieces are in competition and I pay way less for admission I get like I went to watch a movie at a theater with a few acts in between in a school auditorium idk it was a nice show but I felt for almost $200 just for 2 it just wasn’t worth it I could have took my family of 5 to the movie theater popcorn candy and spent less money the concession stand had slow rollers that moved like snails knowing how long the line is I understand busy I work retail when u busy u move with some hustle not mosey about taking your good ol time idk again it was a cute show but I would t recommend it to anyone just based on the price isn’t worth the package you get then the polar pack was supposed to have a snow globe and instead substituted with some generic magnet kit “due to shipping issues” how the show was scheduled way ahead of time so it should have been prepared ahead of time I paid for it but again not worth the money spent take them to the imagination museum it’s way more interactive and actually worth the price

This was a wonderful experience. Crafts, Santa, photo ops, cookies, hot chocolate and then the movie. Kids thought it was so cool to wear their pjs to movie. Grandkids loved it! I enjoyed it. This is my 2nd time to see interactive movie. It's being my new favorite thing to do! I hope they have more of these.

I wasn’t able to go because my daughter had the flu. We were all really disappointed. Hopefully we can make it next year.

It was a wonderful experience and a great way to start Christmas week . 2 members of our family had never been to an IMAX theater before. They didn’t stop talking about the movie and they’re experience for a few days. They absolutely loved. It would definitely recommend this to any family or a group of friends just going out.

Everything was just perfect. Grandkids ages 9 and 11 and they enjoyed the entire experience.

My granddaughter and I had a great time watching the interactive Polar Express! The sound was just right and we could see it just fine. The balloon drop at the end was so exciting! Plenty of balloons for kids to take one home if they wanted.

Would like for the screen to be bigger but the surround sound was awesome! Good for 4 to 7 year olds.

I enjoyed the show. Great for kids. Good interaction.
