About

The Offspring are a punk rock band from Garden Grove, California. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Behind breakout Mainstream Rock Airplay singles “Come Out and Play,” “Self Esteem” and “Gotta Get Away,” Smash went on to sell over 11 million records, earn six RIAA platinum certifications and set the record for the highest-selling album released by an independent label. Ixnay on the Hombre in 1997 notched The Offspring’s first No. 1 single on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with “Gone Away,” while 1998’s Americana hit the band’s chart peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 on its way to netting five RIAA platinum certifications and three more Alternative Airplay Top 10 singles: “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)” and “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” The Offspring later topped the Alternative Airplay chart again with “Hit That” from 2003’s Splinter and “You're Gonna Go Far, Kid” from 2008’s Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The Offspring logged two more Mainstream Rock Airplay chart-toppers with “Coming for You” and the title track from 2021’s Let the Bad Times Roll. In 2024, The Offspring released their 12th album Supercharged

  • Worst experience at a venue ever

by Showgoer on 9/6/25White River Amphitheatre - AuburnRating: 1 out of 5

I have been to a few shows at white river previously, but this has to be the worst show experience I have ever had in my life. They blocked off the normal gate for general parking and parked everyone opposite of how they normally do. We waited in a huge line for 45+ minutes just to get in to park. People were pulling off to pee in the bushes, that’s how long it took just to get into parking. We ended up missing the first opener completely and three songs of Jimmy Eat World’s set, who we actually bought the tickets to see. We ended up deciding to leave early as to not have to sit through another parking ordeal while leaving. Felt like a total waste of money and time for us and I missed part of the set of one of my favorite bands. It was a major disappointment overall.

  • Best concert at White River so far

by Groundhog on 9/6/25White River Amphitheatre - AuburnRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome experience! Very interactive and engaging concert. No BS, just a great time and great songs!

  • Good show, lot of talking…

    by K-dub on 9/6/25White River Amphitheatre - AuburnRating: 4 out of 5

Offspring music was good and covered the range but too much chitter chatter back-and-forth between Dexter and noodles, too many black Sabbath covers and a really long song a cappella about F-yeah. I’m no prude, it just seems like there could’ve been a better fill of the time with actual offspring music

  • Lots of fun

by Gus on 9/6/25White River Amphitheatre - AuburnRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great, loved the venue. Looking forward to going to more shows at the White River amphitheatre next summer.

  • Amazing show!

    by A.Rose12 on 9/6/25White River Amphitheatre - AuburnRating: 5 out of 5

All three bands were amazing! The sound quality was great and the energy was electric! I do wish the merchandise was a little more affordable, but that’s my only complaint and it doesn’t affect my overall review!

  • Great show

by Matt on 9/5/25Toyota Amphitheatre - WheatlandRating: 5 out of 5

  • The Offspring brought it.

    by 2000sMetalkid. on 9/4/25Toyota Amphitheatre - WheatlandRating: 5 out of 5

I've wanted to see the Offspring for over twenty years but it just never worked out for one reason or another. Well, it finally did and I have to say I really had no idea what to expect. To say I wasn't disappointed would be a massive understatement. They sound exactly the same as they did in the 90s. The show was fantastic.

  • Love this guys!!

by Ross B on 9/4/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

They are so good!! Spectacular performance, they are so talented in the stage. ❤️

  • Great Show!

by Rey Rey on 9/4/25Kia Forum - InglewoodRating: 4 out of 5

The prices are pretty steep for drinks and snacks, but the staff was super friendly and the show was amazing!

  • Super awesome!

    by Jen S. on 9/3/25Toyota Amphitheatre - WheatlandRating: 5 out of 5

Loved seeing The Offspring rock the stage! Toyota Amphitheater is a great place to see a show; clean, comfortable and great sound system. Super fun evening and I'm so glad I was there to witness it!

  • Best EVER

    by Tracy73 on 9/3/25Toyota Amphitheatre - WheatlandRating: 5 out of 5

The venue was great, people were awesome, and the show was phenomenal!

  • Excellent show, but no songs from Ignition

by Lorien on 9/3/25Toyota Amphitheatre - WheatlandRating: 4 out of 5

This was one of the funnest shows I've been to in a while. Jimmy Eat World put on a great set, then during the 35 minute intermission there was a ton of fun entertainment happening on stage and screen, and around the amphitheater. The Offspring played a great set, with many of their hits, and left us super happy. That said, there were several songs from more recent albums which were pretty mid, and there were zero songs played from Ignition. Could you imagine how cool it would be if they played We are One, Session, or Dirty Magic? I definitely could, and was hoping for it, but it didn't happen. So, great show. Really good. Just missed the opportunity to be perfect by catering to their newer fans and not those of us who've been listening since the early 90s...

  • Skip the VIP Lounge

by JT on 9/3/25Toyota Amphitheatre - WheatlandRating: 3 out of 5

Unless you want to pay an extra $120 on top of the cost of the tickets to sit in the sun anyways, skip the VIP lounge. With the heat wave, we thought paying extra for an advertised "climate controlled"area would be worth it. Turns out the climate controlled area was an open air tent and, even arriving over an hour early, there were no tables in the shade as half of them were "reserved."We saw a family, who probably paid extra to have a place in the shade with their baby, wander around looking for anywhere out of the sun to sit. They ended up having to wait until people left in order to grab a seat/table IN THE SUN because there was nothing else available. Wait staff and service were great, but we could've just sat at our ticketed seats and ate and it would have been the same. The only upside to VIP lounge was not having to wait in line for the bathroom, but we could have saved the $120 and just stood in a 5 minute line for the regular bathrooms. Concert itself was great. Security did a good job keeping the aisle way clear. Parking is always a sh*tshow and they need more staff directly people where to go.

  • Fun

    by 80's rocker on 9/3/25Toyota Amphitheatre - WheatlandRating: 5 out of 5

Never seen The Offspring before but I'm glad I did they had fun with the crowd the crowd had fun with them and they sounded really good enjoyed would do it again they also had an intermission with a blimp and games on the board and bringing people to better seats I think it was real cool everybody had a great time and would definitely do it again

  • fantastic

by bell on 9/2/25Kia Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

I am only 21 and I'm so happy I got to see them live. it was everything I thought it was going to be and more 10/10 would do again and recommend

  • Amazing Show

    by Mary E on 9/2/25Kia Forum - InglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

The Offspring never fails to deliver but the whole atmosphere and the lead up "fun and games"before they took the stage was a lot of fun. Had a great time!

  • Nice concert, but kind of short, only 90 minutes

by Salvo on 9/2/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

I love the band, they are fun and the concert was really nice. That being said, I felt it was kind of short, I would have liked if the concert lasted a little longer, at least 2 hours I would say, rather than just 90 minutes.

  • Offspring still great

by Fink on 9/2/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

Excellent show. Well done integrated VAs. Dexter and Noodles still got it going on and have engaging (though a bit contrived at times) audience connection. New stuff enjoyable and classics well what can you say- classic!

  • Fat guy

by Zookz on 9/2/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

Great concert except for the guy in front of us who had no one in front of him and wouldn't sit down?

  • Offspring show was off the hook!

by Big G on 9/2/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

New Found Glory opened the show with so much excitement you had to stop what you were doing and revel in their hit song My Friends Over You & the newest song to their collection 100%. Jimmy Eat World is defiantly all about the music. Stage show is a bit calming but the hits keep rolling out when they are on stage. Finally, The Offspring showed up with not just a performance but an experience. I saw them 10 years ago and the music was good but the stage show was a bit lacking. This time around it was amazing with the all the videos, stage props, glowing skeletons, the gorilla, pyrotechnics, lighting, large beach balls and massive crowd participation. This show is a must see.
