When is the box office open?
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at The Masonic will be open on-day-of-show only. What are the parking options at The Masonic?
The entrance to our onsite parking garage is on California Street, just next to the entrance. It is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week. We recommend arriving early in order to find parking before a special event. Additional garages are available at Grace Cathedral (Taylor between California and Sacramnento & Crocker Garage (California between Taylor and Mason)
What are the general rules of The Masonic?
Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
