The parking staff when asked said they did not know where premium parking was located, then when we figured itbout on our own another staffer was insisting all traffic go to the right when in actuality we needed to go left into the premium lot. What an unorganized, unpleasant experience.
Paid for Premier Parking. No signage to direct you. Signs for VIP parking, but not the same as Premier. Aksed 3 different yellow-vested parking attendents. They sent me in 3 different directions. Finally found it after at least 20 minutes driving around the complex. Mann needs better signs and train the attendents. Some called it "Preferred", so such thing that I could find. The folks we spoke with don't seem to know the difference between VIP and Premier. Very frustrating, especially since the Mann states that they can't guarantee you a Premier spot if you arrive past the event start time. I made it with a few minutes to spare but should have been parked much more quickly. Once there, the parking was fine. Still not sure it was worth it compared to the free parking that was close by.
Van Morrison and Curtis Stiger were both incredible . The Mann has an ease about it. The only issue I've ever encountered is getting in and out of the venue. Other than that, brava!
Our premier parking was super convenient!! Exiting the event was a little hairy with not enough people directing traffic, but that would have been the same even if we had parked in regular parking.
I did not see paring signs for Premier parking. I parked my car, and a staff member indicated to me that I was in the VIP area, and I had to move. I did not see a premiere parking, so I moved up the road and parked. Never found out if I was marked in right area.
Such a great experience! From the free popcorn coupon to the characters we could take pictures with, it was an amazing time! That was all before a fabulous performance by the Philly Pops, that was so seamless I couldn’t tell it wasn’t the original soundtrack. And what a beautiful venue - I will be back!
