    The Gracious Few were amazing!

by Anonymous on 12/3/10Showbox at the Market - Seattle

Love the venue as always love the band. This show was during a weeknight so not allot of people in attendance which made it even more fun. More advertising may have helped the attendance?

by DoreenS on 11/18/10First Avenue - Minneapolis

This concert was thrilling! I'm a fan of both Live and Candlebox and to see them form this powerful band with incredible songs just blew me away. You need to hear this band - and see them live. They rocked hard and connected with the audience in a personal way. Please ... check out The Gracious Few.

The Gracious Few and American Bang Rocked it Out!

by Shelltotheshow on 11/4/1020th Century Theater - Oakley

My boyfriend and I went to this show not sure what to expect and came away LOVING it! Both bands totally put on a great show. The guitars were amazing...and I'm usually a drum woman! Although those were good too. Not to mention the loud and clear vocals! This show made you remember what it is to rock...they got lost in their music and you could feel the emotion. Even though there was a small crowd, we were entertained like crazy! It was truly a shame that not more people were treated to this show. I definitely would come see either band again and encourage anyone to catch The Gracious Few when they come to town again.

    Kick-Ass Rock and Roll!

by BigDavefromYork on 11/3/10Chameleon Club - Lancaster

Great riffs, intelligent lyrics, strong rock and roll, and loud, loud, loud. If there is any justice in this world, they will sell a million of their debut cd's. I saw them at their secret debut show at Fat Daddy's, at Bourbon St. in Baltimore, and now the Chameleon, and this was by far the best of the three. (All three shows were great) They remind me at times of Led Zeppelin because of Kevin's voice and Audioslave because of Chad Taylor's guitar, but they're better than both those bands. I do recommend ear plugs if your gonna stand close to the stage like I did.

    One word: WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

by Vornado on 10/30/10Newport Music Hall - Columbus

So let me start by saying that I am a musician (guitar player to be precise) and have been a huge fan of Live and Candlebox since the early 90's. I will also tell you that my songwriting style has been compared to both of these bands and I have covered numerous songs from both these bands at my gigs- enough about me! I bought this bands CD the 1st day it came out and it hasn't left my car stereo since. I was hooked instantly and while it wasn't Live or Candlebox re-incarnated, you can surely hear Chad Gracey's and Patrick Dahlheimer's rythym section style, plus Kevin martin's vocals are totally recognizable. having said that the music for the most part comes off really heavy and reminiscent of Led Zeppelin, Montrose and at some points Pink Floyd. The concert performance it was nothing short of amazing. It had energy and was played perfectly, Suprisingly the gig was not well attended, which sucked for the band but was a very intimate and personal for the 50 of us that were there. We were treated to the whole CD (not in order) and also a acoustic style 3 song performance refered to as the "Front Porch", they also played these 3 songs later in the style as it was recorded on the CD. I was most impressed with Kevin Martins ability to keep his voice so strong thru the whole night. If you stick around after the show you may also be treated to a meet and greet with the band as I was (and no ego's). I should also say that I caught Roger Waters perfoming The Wall (30th Anniversary) a week earlier and it didn't come close to this concert. I rate the The Gracious Few concert as my all time favorite (since 1983).
