All tickets are digital via mobile device. There is no will call at the entrance of the event. All tickets must be accessible on the user's mobile device. The event is cashless for all on-course concessions and merchandise purchases.
Watching the best golfers in the world was unforgettable. The venue was great and the weather perfect. My only complaint was the three and a half hours to drive home 50 miles. Next time I'll go on a weekend.
I have been going to this event for the past 5 years. I have to tell you the term low bidder certainly became a reality with this event. The shuttle service that was provided to the course was certainly reminiscent of Mr Toads wild ride. The buses were old public transportation buses that were converted to party buses. In horrible shape dirty with flashing disco lights. The bus used to go to the course had blacked out windows you could not see out. At the price of this event please at least get us there in a reasonable manner.
Riviera is a beautiful venue and the weather was California perfect. You must get there early to find parking and avoid traffic. Following your favorite Pro is not a problem or moving from one to another is not a problem. Be sure and check out the putting green and the driving range to see the Pros up close.
Tiger is back -- and got to see Phil for the first time. Also, Riviera is always a great venue!
What makes it all is the top fields the tournament continues to draw. The shuttle system is especially convenient. Two minor points, food consesion vendor wasn't aware of food comp with my ticket, although did honor it, and it would be nice if the outside souvenir selling hats had a small mirror for viewing.
This is a great place to have a tournament, awesome venue. And the field is always top notch with some of the worlds top players. Take the family and make a day of it.
We have been going to this tournament for years and have always loved it until the last couple of years. Venue itself is obviously beautiful, but when you try and find a hot dog (what used to be the staple food), none to be found. Secondly, when trying to find a burger or anything but a veggie wrap, they're all out at every concession stand. Running out of Budweiser??? Not acceptable. We will not go back next year.
The venue was tremendous. I paid $40 dollars extra for the club house access, big mistake. It was so crowded there was no place to sit for lunch. You could not watch golf from balcony because of the crowd. I am really sorry I spent the extra money.
Great to see the diversity of professional golfers. As an African American it is a pleasure to watch such a diverse group of young men enjoy there passion. Two Americans at the top battling, Na and Watson in particular. Great to see the GOAT , Mr Woods.
As always Riviera was a great place to enjoy the pros, the grounds ands volunteers so excellent. Must say though, that the concessions, particularly the food was so very disappointing . Cold burgers and poor quality all around. I hope the organizers read this because there was a lot of unhappy attendees for these reasons. I know that a generally affluent crowd at a classy event expects more and even a regular joe like me does, too.
The high level is comparable to a major event. All the best players in the field present.
Wonderful venue for PGA event. Friday play spectacular for this though course. The field was packed with the players we wanted to see. Even the free shuttle was convenient for out of towers.
