  • Fun day at the Genesis

by Long Drive Champ on 2/17/25Torrey Pines Golf Course - La JollaRating: 5 out of 5

Had a great day Friday at the Genesis held at Torrey Pines. Parking was well setup and entrance to the event was easy. We got there right when gates opened so maybe that’s why it was less crowded. Overall a great event and I would go back for sure!

  • Genesis Invitational

by Jim on 2/17/25Torrey Pines Golf Course - La JollaRating: 5 out of 5

Great course to walk with ocean scenery. Great PGA field of professional golfers. And the weather cooperates on Friday. Enjoyed. Lots of walking involved.

  • Good experience overall

by MM on 2/17/25Torrey Pines Golf Course - La JollaRating: 4 out of 5

Overall a fun and enjoyable event. Parking was at the Del Mar fairgrounds . Plenty of shuttles to the venue. Bus dropped us off across the street from the course. Conditions were nice. Followed the marquee groups. Some of the staff blocked views of the golfers on the tee box. Drink and food stations were plentiful.

  • glad that the round got to happen!

by Shemp Shady on 2/17/25Torrey Pines Golf Course - La JollaRating: 5 out of 5

I'm glad that the tournament actually happened, even if I had to travel down to San Diego. I'm also glad that round one happened, even if it was one of the wettest, sloppiest sporting events I've ever been to! I also kept wondering, “Am I at Torrey Pines—or at Pebble Beach?!"

  • YES

  • What a course

by GolfLvr18 on 2/16/25Torrey Pines Golf Course - La JollaRating: 5 out of 5

Loved being so close to the play. The weather was brutal, which helped with crowd size. Some tee boxes afforded a spectacular view. Others, like #10, were terrible. Staff working the event were uniformly excellent. Food services were very efficient. Thx San Diego, and thx Torrey Pines.

  • Parking Ticket Issue Resolved

Please disregard my previous review. Was able to purchase a parking ticket with my desktop computer. Thank you.

  • Excellent

by Bob on 2/21/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 5 out of 5

Very well run and thought out. Travel into and out was quick and easy. Food prices were a little high. Clubhouse pass was great. Chance to sit and still watch the golfers.

  • Genesis

by KennyG on 2/21/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 5 out of 5

Everything went really well from the shuttle to the parking to the event itself and the shuttle back downtown. All went great and as expected. Well done!

  • What a tournament!

by Rralston on 2/21/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 5 out of 5

Great golf course, great sponsor, great final round. What more can you ask for?

  • Horrible parking.

by Papa T on 2/21/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 2 out of 5

The shuttle experience was horrible. If I have to do that again, I would not attend. Also, the food selection was poor.

  • Genesis Experience

by Dash on 2/21/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 5 out of 5

From parking the car, getting picked up by shuttle, walking the course, entry to the clubhouse, enjoying the crowd and the play on the 18th…and easy commute back to the car…fantastic experience! Can’t wait to do it again next year!

  • Annual Great Fun

Always wonderful to attend the Sunday round of this PGA tournament!

  • Simply the best

Had an amazing time once again at the Genesis tournament; can't wait for next year

  • Not a good first experience!

by JD on 2/20/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 4 out of 5

For starters, general parking instructions should say on the website or when you buy the tickets, that the pay to park structure is on 4th St and the buses will be waiting off Wilshire or 3rd, not drive around neighborhoods near the course in traffic for half hour only to get a flyer that takes you back in circles in traffic to San Vicente Blvd. Spent an hour in that debacle. Also, the golfing was great until it wasn’t (no fault of the sponsors or PGA). Waiting on Friday for Tiger Woods at the 8th hole and he withdrew on 7! Myself, 19 year old son, his friend (both drove from AZ in college) and my 76 year old cancer neighbor have never seen Tiger ever…looks like we never will. He won’t play much anymore here in CA. So that’s that!! The course is beautiful and getting out of the venue was a breeze (probably because a lot of people left once Tiger withdrew). I’m a military Vet and so is my neighbor who went and no discount? Unless there’s a decent discount, I won’t go again too, much $$ for what we went through.

  • Fun Sporting Event!

by Jewels on 2/20/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 5 out of 5

Very well organized. Great access to elite athletes in a fun environment. Already looking forward to attending again next year.

  • Great but clubhouse food is severely overpriced and is bland

by Jorge on 2/20/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 5 out of 5

Tournament was great but could do with some more tv’s to spectate the round live and also the food in the clubhouse was so overpriced and it was terrible compared to the food outside

  • The Genesis Invitational

by Jcuriarte on 2/20/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 5 out of 5

It was an awesome experience! Love the venue and would definitely do it again.

  • The bluffs.

by Butch on 2/20/24The Riviera Country Club - Pacific PalisadesRating: 4 out of 5

I thought the Bluffs tent was a disappointment this year. The food was cheap , the tickets weren’t. Been in the tent 3 yrs in a row. Won’t go back.
