Gorgeous theater, great price, awesome show! Would recommend The Palace and/or The Gender Defenders Comedy Show to anyone who like good comedy.."Siiiiiiip"
There were 4 comedian's, 3 of them were hilarious and 1 was mediocre.... I sat in the 2nd row and the seats were great but the whole theatre woulda been great, so dont spend the extra money for the front row seats, unless of course you want the comics talking to you.
I thought that Rodney (or is it Rod Knee) was funny, but the other 3 lacked humor that would make me want to belly laugh. I was disappointed. I think the jibes at the crowd for being so small affected how the performers presented their material. I wouldn't recommend it.
I really enjoyed the show! I thought all the comedians were very funny. My husband and I had a great time and shared some of the jokes with friends and family. We would see the show again if it came back to Syracuse!
These 4 comedians were fantastic! We never stopped laughing the whole night. My cheeks literally hurt from laughing. Each time the next one came up I said "well, he/she can't be as good as that last guy...but it wasn't true. My wife and I couldn't even pick a favorite at the end of the night. We loved them all!!
LOVE 2nd year seeing this- We hope to make this a yearly Valentines Day treat!
Show was great. I felt as if the Comedians used the some of the same material as eachother at times. The host of the show would constantly repeat herself or go off topic. But besides this it was a terrific show.
We found the show to be quite dull and boring. I have never seen the theater where the show played less than half full before and several people left during the performance. These comedians may have performed in Atlantic City and Las Vegas but their routines do not play well in a theater setting.
4 comedians who were each excellent in their own way. I enjoyed the show thoroughly and so did the rest of the audience.
