The Fixx Tickets

Great venue to see a show! Dramarama was as usual a great rock and roll band to see live. Although not as intimate of a setting to see them at like The 80's Bar, The Saban was still great and they rocked it as usual. Cases of Tab on stage and all. The Fixx and Cy Curnin were so much better here than they were at the Honda Center for the 93.7 concert. They played some stuff from their more mellow later albums and of course the classics afterwards but it was a nice departure from the 80's tunes since we all have grown up since then--including the band. Nice bar in the center of the lobby for drinks during intermission and I hear the ladies bathroom is incredible as well. Men's not so much!

They must be a studio band cause they have zero stage presence and did not sound good. We walked out midway through the show.

The Fixx are better than ever! Better than you remember them. Great musicians--great new album--very entertaining--great show--don't miss them. Amazingly timeless!

If you haven't had the chance to see The Fixx, do yourself a favor and check them out next time they are in your area. One of the most under rated bands to come out of the 80's, they still release great material and sound just as good live as they did thirty years ago. Great show!

Great show, the Fixx played old & new material that everyone can relate & enjoy!! Sy still sounds the same & has the same energy as he did 20yrs ago.

The Saban Theater itself is a nice venue with good acoustics and probably not a bad seat in the house. Traffic around the theater was nearly gridlocked and we ended up being a few minutes late after finding parking. Dramarama always puts on a great energetic show and this was no exception. We were much less familiar with the Fixx, but they put a great show as well. Both bands are similar in that they are known for a only one or two songs, but seeing them live makes it obvious that they easily could have had many more hits.

It was a great evening. The Saban theater is a great venue. A nice size and great location. The opening band was nice. I am not a Dramarama fan, so for they went on too long for me. The Fixx didn't come on until 9:00 for a 7:00pm concert. But they were worth the wait. They did a great job, and the audience really loved it. Worth the wait to see them. A great concert!

Wang Chung opened with songs from their new album. They can still rock out like they did in the 80's. They got people up dancing and singing along. They interacted with the audience. Everybody had fun, everybody Wang Chung! The Fixx was fantastic even though Cy Curnin had some throat trouble. He didn't let that hold him back. He was awesome! Their new songs were very good. The crowd went wild when they sang some of their old hits. They put on a very good show. Overall this was one of the best concerts I have attended.

Wang Chung played first and knocked it out of the park!!! The new music is amazing and their old hits had the place hopping literally. The Fixx seemed bored and uninterested- left after 2 songs. Watch for Wang Chung!!! They are on fire!!!

I had to drive a little over four hours to get to this show and between the opener Wang Chung and of course The Fixx it was worth every last second!!!

I saw them back in 85 they were great then and they Rocked now ! How fitting it was to go see The Fixx then go to my 30th class reunion on Sat totally 80s week for me :)

Great show at a great venue. Staff was very friendly, which makes the experience fun. Nothing worse than going to a show with a grumpy staff and I have been to a few...not the case at the Hard Rock. The Fixx...top notch...they always puts on a great show.

I don't like to throw out the 5 star ratings for everything, but this show deserved it. The Fixx started right on time, played for almost two hours mixed their new songs from Beautiful Friction and all the hits from the 80's sounding great and the crowd was into the show. If you have a chance go see this band, it's all five of the original members (so you are not seeing some cover band) and they can still rock.

This was quite unexpected. I was so impressed with all 3 bands and had a BLAST. The Fixx were incredible. Great time!

The 80's were awesome and Naked Eyes, Wang Chung and The Fixx brought it back to life with a rocking show that had us on our feet dancing the whole show! We need to see more of these great bands from the 80's.

The Fixx put on a great show, but too short - 40 minutes. They preformed actually less time than the opening bands, Naked Eyes and Wang Chung. Despite how MUCH Iike their music, they appeared as if it was a job. Show up. Preform. Leave. They needed to preform at least an hour. That was disappointing. Their length of time reduced this to four stars. Wang Chung, on the other hand, smiled throughout the entire preformance, talked to the audience, and really seemed as if they had FUN TONIGHT. I was also impressed with Naked Eyes, much more than expected. It was also touching to hear the lead singer talk about losing his best friend (co-founder of the band) 11 years ago.

Naked Eyes has two hits songs. They were allowed to play far too long and they were out of key. Wang Chung were great. The Fixx came on finally at 10:15pm and only played a few songs and it was over. I felt that I went there to see theh Fixx and I was forced to sit through hours of concert that went on forever until The Fixx came on. I was disappointed for the most part. Also security let people go to the front and stand up the whole time. What is the purpose of seating? It should have been General Admission.

All I wanted to do was Dance The show Rocked! If only Wang Chung was able to play more! Not even an encore song???

Naked Eyes I liked and they were great. Wang Chung I never liked, but they were great in concert. Now I like them. The Fixx I liked but I never knew they were incredible. The lead singer was off the hook. The Fixx is definitely up there with Led Zeppelin and Bowie, a top act with incredible talent.
