I purchased the tickets for Elf on the Shelf several months ago. My wife, daughters and grand children went and had a SPECTACULR time. They raved on the entire event when they returned and felt it was a special way to start our holidays. I know if it comes back next year they will want to definitely go.
Show was awesome. My 5 and 6 year old sons were totally engaged. Some wonderful show stopper songs with great choreography. Highly recommend to get the Christmas spirit flowing!
My husband and bought 5 tickets for our grandchildren and ourselves. We spent over 300.00 on the tickets for 5th row seats. The seats were great. We were right at the stage. I guess we were too close. We couldn't hear everything being said. When we could hear it was echoed. The show was mostly dialog so the sound was very important. I discussed my concerns with a couple of different ushers. The show completely came to a stop because of technical difficulties. The whole show was to taped music so maybe that was the problem. I've never seen that happen before. The show had only a couple of scene changes, hardly any spot lights, no costume changes, etc. It was extremely disappointing. My husband have seen many musicals and broad way shows. The Elf on the Shelf was more like a high school production. Very unprofessional!!!
With this being the shows first year and very limited information or feedback available, I was a little concerned. My son loves his elf, though, so I decided to take him despite. I am so glad I did! The story is relatable and the cast is very entertaining. All the kids around me loved it, as well as the adults! Highly recommend!

My son loved it! It was a precious show. Concession prices were a tad ridiculous, but that was expected, and would be the only negative.
Poor show, awful venue, very poor sound. If it got the kids into Christmas OK, but as far as doing it again....forget it
This was a great performance! My children (5 and 8) were mesmerized the entire time, and it was the perfect length for young children. The actors were all great, lots of engaging dancing and singing, and the story had a good message. The kids also liked the hot chocolate and Christmas snacks available at the concession stands. So glad we went!
Talent was good. Cute message. It was very well executed.
It was Very noisy . Yoy ciuld hear chatter. I prefer this venue for ballet.
The venue is beautiful, the staff/volunteers are so friendly and helpful, and the show was great, my daughter (10 yo) loved it.
The musical and cast were amazing! My daughter loved it! The hard part was my daughter being so upset because the venue or the musical lack of information on Vip! My daughter dressed up like her elf soooo excited to have her photo taken and meet scout. Supposedly it started 20 minutes before our arrival and had ended! The would not let us in and my daughter and I were both crying!!’n
The VIP was a total rip off. I will never do that again. We had to arrive early to stand around with a 6 year old and 2 seven year olds for 2 hours. Leaving our house at 4pm to make it. There was nothing to keep them busy. No food to eat other than chips. My three kids struggled to see everything as we sat is the pit seats. These seats also didn’t have cup holders that was tough with kids. It was a wonderful show.
A great show for both adults and kids. My Grand kids were totally into the whole show (ages 10-5). Nice Job!
Acting= great Costumes=great Venue=great Songs were cute and catchy. Story line was a bit weak. Fun to see, but not something I'd want to see again.
My girls and I enjoyed the show so much! From 4-43 yrs old, it was well done! It was up beat, magical and made us so excited for our elves to come back soon!
all five of the grandkids had had a great time so did the 4 adults.
Really cute show. Held the kids' attention and was just the right length for them.
I was a little concerned at the beginning of the show because it seemed a little “young” for our 11 and 13 year old sons. But once the plot took more shape and the final message that was sent it was a tremendous show. Great music, dancing and acting. There was a glitch in one of the projectors that filled the background that was distracting. But other than that it was all good.
I would not recommend going to see this. It was not very good. I thought it would have been geared more towards a young child with Christmas songs a young child would know and more entertaining. My granddaughter whom is 5 kept asking when it would be over.
