We spent $45 per person to see a show for only an hour long. I can go see a Tyler Perry play at the Warner Theater longer then that. The Delfonics was good but again the show stopped right at an hour long.
The show was scheduled to start @ 8pm, they started about 10-15 mins late . Not a big problem, so I thought. We were leaving @ 9pm.!!!! I was outraged @ wanted and would still like a refund!
Concert was great...loved the singing and the food was good though the portion was small.
Patti Drew was sensational as was all the other singers
The Line up was amazing. This was by far one of the Best concerts I've attended this year.
10 band line-up, only one band disappointed, the rest were GREAT! Enjoyed the show!
This was a great concert!!! Color me bad gave an awesome performance!!! After all of these years to be able to go & see all of them in concert and still have amazing voices was the best!!!
Overall I had a great time the environment was great and the overall experience was the best.
We come to the Love Affair every year and it's always a great show.
My favorite groups: Atlantic Starr, The Moments, Heatwave, and The Delfonics. Wish they could have done more songs, but with such a big lineup, each group did only 2-3 songs.
This was by far the best concert around. I have went to this concert for the last 3 years and It gets better every year. You must go and check it out. I will be there next year for sure.

First time seeing the Delfonics in person. I grew up on their music and love it. The show was amazing. I will return to another show if they come to the DMV area The lead singer still sound good after so many years. The two other new members are also good one sound like Sam Cooke to me any way he was great. The youngest one is a homie got to give him some love one and only DC guy. keep doing what you do. Much love
First time seeing the beautifully renovated Howard Theatre. Enthusiastic crowd welcomed The Delfonics. Down memory lane with When You Get Right Down 2 It, Trying 2 Make a Fool, RU Gonna Break Your Promise, Love Won't Let Me Wait, and more. Doors opened 6:20 PM, show started 8:10 and ended by 9:10. Lines form 6 PM to get preferred seats, but I was alone and got a prime location. Enjoyed Love Child drink and Shaw Wings, but should have done the hot wings. Prices a little high, but DC club normal. No one can sound the same after a certain age, but I was happy with the show and had no complaints. Young man took the lead only once, and he is very good. Lots of audience participation, but not so bad you paid to hear yourself sing. Plan to return to The Howard Theatre w/a friend on a scooter. Time and money well spent.
The show was great but too short and in other words I'm not certain that I got my money worth based on performance time.
The show was Great. could have been longer, good to see them perform at home.
