The Darkness is a band that never lets you down. An amazing concert and they seem to keep getting better with age. The Wiltern is always a perfect venue for bands like them because it’s intimate and the acoustics are great. This show was just what my heart needed.
So much fun! Appreciate the band a lot . Can’t wait for them to be back
I had never seen these guys live so I was excited. The venue, which is great, was packed by the time they hit the stage. There were a couple of technical difficulties that kept occurring, which were distracting, even though the band continued on. It had something to do with the bassists sound not working. They finally remedied it, but they had their tech guy feeding a line so the bass player could move freely around. It worked, and they sounded great. Very solid. They are an energetic group and will definitely bring your mood up. Go see them if they come to a city near you.
What a great band, I was a little tired a lot of the day and lacking a little energy, but wow did that change once I got to the Venue and the Darkness took to the stage. The venue was packed, the sound was excellent, and the Darkness didn't disappoint. The have a great mix of chat and audience participation and just some amazing music. This was the Permission to Land tour and if you know the Darkness, you undoubtably know that Album. They were on stage for maybe just shy of 1.5 hours, they were so good it just went by so fast. From the very start they had the crowd eating out of their hands and having a blast. If you get the chance to see them on this tour - go, you will have an amazing evening !!!
The Darkness keep getting better and better. This show had the tunes, the riffs, the showmanship and the guitar acrobatics we all love as well as all of the b-sides from the Permission To Land era. Speaking of PTL, they played the entire album. Justin sounded amazing as did the whole band. What a show!
What a show the Darkness put on at the Masonic Auditorium. Great from start to finish and played every song I wanted to hear, including their Christmas hit.
The concert was everything i hoped for and more. Pure ecstasy! They are such a hard-rocking but positive, feel-good band. The Masonic facility was lovely too.

The concert was fun, lively and the band really put on a good show. That being said the sound was off, you could not really hear the lyrics or appreciate how talented the lead singer was. Was sat in the balcony so that may be the reason but it kind of ruined the experience a little as you could not make out the words being sung

Everything was great! The bathrooms were so clean- the cleanest concert bathrooms I've been too. The Darkness was awesome of course.

The Darkness rocked Minneapolis Saturday night! I have seen them three times now and they never disappoint. Awesome songs by highly talanted musicians. The show was great to say the least. I have been a Darkness fan for many years, but they just keep getting better and better! The warm up act the Dead Deads were damn good too! It was a great night with great music! Can't wait until they come back to Minneapolis!

Restaurants close by. The Varsity Theater clean, efficient, and fully staffed. The Darkness performed brilliantly. We were very happy with the overall experience and will do it again.
