The Chicks are one of country music’s most influential and boundary-pushing groups. Formed in Dallas, Texas, in 1989 by sisters Emily Strayer and Martie Maguire, The Chicks (formerly known as the Dixie Chicks) rocketed to pop stardom with the addition of lead vocalist Natalie Maines in 1995. The multi-platinum trio would go on to win 12 Grammy Awards and become the best-selling female band of all time in the U.S., with 33 million albums sold worldwide. By blending honky-tonk with bluegrass and soaring pop vocals, The Chicks appealed to a diverse audience that stretched far beyond their country roots. Signature hits like 1999’s “Cowboy Take Me Away” and 1998’s “Wide Open Spaces,” along with their bluegrass virtuosity, saw The Chicks go from opening for Tim McGraw in 1999 to headlining massive concert tours that have sold over $100 million in tickets. 2020’s Gaslighter (produced by Jack Antonoff) was The Chicks’ first album in 14 years, and the catalyst for a 2023 tour where country-pop superstar Maren Morris will join the trio on a string of dates.

It was a lot of fun! Drank too much & spent too much money, but still a great time.
They played fan favorites (what we want) and they sounded great. Recommend attending! I felt entertained and got the show I had hoped for!
Our 4th time seeing The Chicks. They were great. Played most of their hits. However, when did it become acceptable to scream-sing all the songs with the artist on every song. There were times we could not hear The Chicks. I am all for everyone having a good time, but make sure everyone around you is too. If this becomes the norm, I am done going to live concerts.
I was not impressed with the Chicks concert. Hardly any old songs and we did not think they played long at all. No backdrop. We were so excited to attend but very disappointed at the end of the evening.
A dazzling show for the eyes and the ears. Worth the wait...sure. Blasting their hits and adding new material. Only low spot was the middle? when they went into political overload and alienated a good portion of the audience. Don't think My Body resonated with this crowd. That aside a fun show.
Awesome and fun great experience rocked out entertaining I will recommend the Dixie chicks to anyone wanting to hear great music see a great performance
This was one of the best shows my wife and I have been to! We enjoyed it so much. All three were absolutely perfect. They gave us exactly who they are. Anyone who says anything negative about the show are obviously not fans.
This concert was one for the books ! Definitely one I would go to again !
The Chicks are absolutely incredible. They are first-class musicians and entertainers and put on an amazing show in Knoxville. Great mix of new music and classic favorites, performed in a way that took me through a full range of emotions. You can feel the heart and soul they put into their music! Also LOVED the messaging and how true to themselves The Chicks have stayed all these years in standing up for their beliefs and what’s right!
So much musical and vocal talent I was in awe.So many exciting special effects . So happy to see their back . Always a fan and still a fan.I would definitely attend the concert again. My only issue was seeing at times. People couldn't sit still during their electric perfect performance. I must admit I couldn't either. I was hoarse and my hands hurt from singing along and applauding .
Great until they became political and the crowd sure lost its enthusiasim.
While it was a nice concert they didn't come back out to play for an encore. Some of us paid for flights and hotels for the previous concert that was cancelled. To paid that again I would have thought they would have given a little more so we were disappointed.
The best concert I have ever been to! The Chicks and Wild Rivers were phenomenal. Fantastic show. The Bridgestone arena was also really clean and efficient and security and the merch counter were very kind and friendly. I had an awesome experience!
Audio and visual was amazing. Didn’t love the political stuff but it didn’t keep me from enjoying the show. They are just as good vocally now as it was back then. The merch could have been better. I loved the acoustic version. The opening band was terrible. Wild river? Couldn’t understand the words of the songs cause they had the microphone in their mouths. Just another mumbling band from Canada.
The Chicks put on a great show. They are in step with the younger generation. They are writing and singing songs relevant to women's issues. GO CHICKS!!! They will be remembered as one of the greatest bands that ever existed.
We were in town for the weekend and bought tickets for this show. We're not dedicated Chicks fans but remember their older country radio hits. They are still great musicians and performers. We enjoyed the music even though we're really not familiar with their more recent songs. Given they've been outspoken on issues in the past, it was not surprising there were "politically themed"comments and music selections. I simply would have enjoyed the show more if politics were not inserted and the focus had remained on entertaining music and performance.
Turned out to be political. Just wanted to come to a show and sing along with the music. Didn’t need the videos in the background, distracting from the music.
The Chicks presented a fantastic show replete with palpable girl power and totally unapologetic about who they are and what they stand for. Loved singing along with their old songs and hearing all of their awesome new compositions. Their combined talent is unmatched.
The Chicks! Great show from the moment they stepped on stage. The graphics behind them on screens were absolutely incredible! Edgie, political, unique! So entertaining. These ladies have been around a while & their talent & message stands strong. Natalie sang her heart out! Lead singer on every song. She has so much heart & lungs. The sisters were spot on musically & their 3 part harmonies blended beautifully. I would certainly see The Chicks again!
We love The Chicks! They are strong feminist and stand up for what they believe no matter who disagrees with them even if it might hurt their career in the process which takes tremendous courage. I played their music for my daughter as she was growing up and took her to the concert. We knew all the oldies and even the new songs sounded good.
