by wheelchair on 6/6/22Balboa Theatre - San DiegoShow was amazing, ushers nice thank goodness. I purchased tickets for wheelchair online based on the little blue icons with a wheelchair. I specifically checked those seats off and my nurse was assisting so two of us knew we'd selected wheelchair seats based on the interactive map provided for ticket purchasing. Upon arrival we were told that not even one of the seats on the tickets were wheelchair. The usher kept insisting I made a mistake, but lucky for us another wheelchair accessible area had remained unbooked so we were moved there after the usher checked to be sure. Broadway Theatre needs to get their interactive map checked
