About

Just two albums into their career, sibling pop-country trio The Band Perry are headlining arena tours and sending singles like "If I Die Young," "All Your Life," and "Better Dig Two" to the top of the country charts. The Alabama-born group --  fronted by Kimberly Perry and rounded out by her brothers Reid (bass) and Neil (mandolin, drums, accordion) -- have been playing together on and off since they were kids, and Kimberly already is known for being a commanding stage presence who wows ticket holders with her commanding voice and swagger. In concert, this band likes to keep the music front-and-center -- no need for gimicky costume changes and distracting set design.

    First timer

    by J. M. on 3/5/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

My nieces go to every midwest concert they can. Since they stayed with me for the Minnesota concert last weekend, they bought me a ticket to go with them to see what they love. I enjoyed the music and the very personable attitude of the three band members and their parents!!!

    Way too short

by Jodi on 3/5/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

I love the Band Perry as a country band but this concert was very little country and a lot of rock. It was good music, just not what we expected. They started 15 minutes late, no big deal, but then played for less than an hour. $100 tickets for a short show with only a few of their favorite songs was very disappointing. The venue is also not great. You sit on banquet chairs. Compared to Mystic Lake this venue needs some work to compete. We would have loved to hear more of their hits. We will continue to love the Band Perry and their music!

I thought the Band was great and loved the new music. I did however think they could have played longer. It was a little less than an hour.

Awesome concert, horrible venue! Unless you like wading through all the casino's cigarette smoke to get to the event center at the rear of the casino!!

    Band Perry

by Giliosis on 10/31/18Delmar Hall - Saint Louis

Long time fan of Band Perry. I am fan of most genres of music. I was expecting a blend of country and some hiphop-pop based upon new album. This was NOT a country show. BUT, this is an energetic and very talented group. The new material is solid and these guys were truly having a lot of fun playing for us. I loved the show. So did my date. I will see them again.

I thought the concert was good. Disappointed it only lasted a little over an hour. Encore was only one song which was another disappointment. Stage presence was plain.

    too short

    by pg14 on 8/7/17Wente Vineyards - Livermore

The venue itself is beautiful, who couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting to watch a concert. I would say you could hear it well, and for the most part, you can see the stage well from wherever you are. My biggest complaint would be how short the concert itself was. The ticket says 8:15-10. When you go online and start looking for directions or information about the concert, it's only then that it states, that they are only contracted for a minimum of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Supposedly the band makes the decision. We paid a lot of money to go to this. Roughly $150, the terrace seats behind us were $100 ( no dinner)/ I'm sorry but the buffet was not worth $50 more, and to pay $100 for a little over an hour of music was very disappointing. I can't say at this point and time I would do it again. I thought the Band was great. They put on a good show and they performed well live. Other than that, not a repeat for me. So not sure if the Band made that call or not, but for a Band that's playing a small venue like Wente, I think they could've performed till 10. Even though it was a weeknight, the majority of people stayed around hoping for an encore, which they did pretty quickly for maybe 2 more songs. Overall I enjoyed myself, disappointed in the value received.

    Good Entertainment - not spectacular

by Howoe on 8/6/17Wente Vineyards - Livermore

I expected more from the concert. The Band played well and had a good time on stage. However they didn't play enough of their own songs. Slipping into "fat bottom women" and other songs, may be fun, butit isn't why I spent my evening there. I was overall disappointed but the venue was fun and the people I shared the table made the tolerable valuable.

The Band Perry put on a great show!

by jazzymark on 5/14/17Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Hard Rock Live - Northfield

They are very entertaining and good at getting the audience involved in the show. I especially liked their "early" songs that made them famous. The only disappointment was that their show only lasted for 75 minutes. And the band encouraged people to stand up and move closer to the stage - good for those people but not for those that wanted to remain seated to enjoy the show (like me).

    What's the Rush?

by EELawson on 5/9/17Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Hard Rock Live - Northfield

The show was great. The band was good and tight. Kimberly had a lot of energy and a Shania-like stage presence. But 1 hour and 10 minutes? Are you kidding me? Two tickets @ $89.50 + $19 service charge = $217 for 70 minutes? What was the rush? I blame it just as much on the Hard Rock. Most shows are about 1 hr and 20-30 minutes, But this was ridiculous.

I really enjoyed their stripped down set where they played some old favorites from their first album- really showed their musicianship, talent, and unity as a group. Great show!

    The Band Perry was awesome!!!

by spirit88 on 5/9/17Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Hard Rock Live - Northfield

This concert was high energy from start to end. This was one of the best concerts I have been to. Everyone should go out and see them. They are just so great. Their voices blend so nicely and all their songs are memorable. They also sang some covers which were the best.

    The Band Perry is exciting!

by Meridia on 5/9/17Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Hard Rock Live - Northfield

When The Band Perry comes on, there is electricity! They open their set with pulsating "Better Dig Two" during which they have strong drums, fascinating dance moves; they've got your attention. Kimberly leads the trio with such strong husky vocals. It's entrancing. Her commitment to the lyrics coupled with her expressions and moves eases one into total acceptance. I love the way that Kimberly leads the trio while Reid and Neil support with perfect harmony. Neil on mandolin - beautiful. The band works the entire stage with ease. Kimberly introduces their music with short intriguing comments relative to the numbers they perform. Their performance is a great mix of the old and new Band Perry, introducing new numbers from the soon to be released 3rd album. But still leaves you wanting more . . .

    Band Perry rocks!

by Bec10 on 5/9/17Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Hard Rock Live - Northfield

Loved the venue. Love the band. Music too loud, drowned out vocals at times. Too short for price. Not as "country" as I expected!
