I went on Sunday to see Bruno Mars and We The Kings and it was AMAZING! Security was a bit tighter this year, so they inspected bags a little more, but of course there was still the smell of pot everywhere! I have gone for 4 years in a row and it is always unforgettable!!

    May 1st Bamboozle Fest!!!

by tlily on 5/5/11New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford

I had such a great time!! I took my 13 yrs old god-daughter to the fest and she had a great time - she got to meet PARAMORE and WE THE KINGS, she was sooo excited! we got to see Bruno Mars and Montley Crue, the other bands were great and the djs were very entertaining, there was a little bit for everyone. I look forward to next year but it all depends on the line-up!

    Wiz Khalifa stole the show!

by Sassykatx on 5/5/11New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford

Most of the artists were awesome! The fact that I did not like was the pushing and shoving I absolutely hated it and was hurt plenty of times because of that. Some artists I wanted to see was kind of ruined due to that fact.

    Thrice made my day!

by Kenpachi420 on 5/4/11New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford

Got to meet and greet Thrice. They were very nice guys and even signed my ticket for day 2. Thanx again guys! all the bands were amazing also but Thrice stole the show for me. Also circa survive brought the energy. Anthony came down and actually sang right in front of me. Great time!

    Good music, ridiculous prices.

by SarahLouise on 5/4/11New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford

I loved, loved, loved the music. Bruno Mars, A Day to Remember, Motley Crue and Lil Wayne all played back to back and it was SO amazing. However... I drove all the way from North Carolina to find that it costs $25 a day to park at the concert that I already payed $150 for... we couldn't bring any food or even water inside, and it cost me $15 for a hot dog and a bottle of water alone. Those prices are just not reasonable. We spent hundreds of dollars for gas, tolls, and a place to stay while attending this event, and then we spend a ridiculous amount of money on parking and food, two things which are NEEDED for this event, it was just not fair. The first night we were stuck in traffic for 5 hours and did not get there until 10:30 pm and we still had to pay $25 to park even though we left at midnight. We also had food confiscated, and we saw the security guys eating the little bag of chips when we left an hour and a half later! The bathrooms were ridiculous. The guy who was meant to refill the toilet paper was sitting there texting instead of doing his job, and on the doors of the porta potties, it said 'tips appreciated'. Tips for what? Dirty bathrooms and no tp? Bamboozle would have been so much more enjoyable if they didn't take all of my money and things were cleaner. And there should be an age requirement! Kids were listening to Lil Wayne?? NO! Not acceptable, they need parents with kids under a certain age, especially when there are 15 year old girls walking around in basically no clothing. I will never attend this event again unless it is somewhere close to home so I don't have to pay for parking. I expected so much more.

Needed more rock and less rap, dance, and metal

by bamboozler123456 on 5/4/11New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford

The festival was very good overall but it needed many more rock bands and much much less rap, metal, and dance music. The dance was obnoxious and the constant metal was ridiculous, plus lets face it no one goes to Bamboozle to hear rap.

    Bamboozle was fantastic!

by katinthehat1414 on 5/4/11New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford

This was the first time I've ever been to Bamboozle, and it was well worth the pricey ticket. I saw all that bands and artists I wanted to see - The Ready Set, Black Cards, We The Kings, Chiddy Bang, Bruno Mars, etc - and they were all fabulous, of course. I was also excited to see Jack's Mannequin as the surprise guest. I enjoyed going to all the vendors as well, and I was surprised by how easy it was to get around inside the festival. My only major complaint is that the food is ridiculously expensive. $4 for a bottle of water that you can't even keep in the bottle? That's crazy.

It was fun, but you can't get any alcohol, unless you can get into the vip area. To but a beer was $10.00. Definitely worth going again, just don't forget the spf if it is sunny out or you will get burned. The whole event is outdoors. You definitely need a map to know where each of the stages are.

Truly unforgettable! The amount of bands and energy was crazy. Great mix of new artists and popular stars... as well as cool merch! Amusement rides that came with the price of a ticket were a nice twist... overall great

    Happy Birthday Girls!

by Twins2Mom on 5/4/11New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford

I bought the tickets for my twin daughter's 17th birthday. They had such a GOOD TIME! They said it was their generation's woodstock and that it was better than Warped Tour.
