    Great show post quarantine

by E. S. on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

It felt great to be amongst fellow ska lovers at the Pacific Amphitheater. This venue has always been one of my favorites for summer shows, and you get to enjoy the OC Fair as well! The 3 bands that performed all gave their best to the audience. Everyone was dancing and skankin'. Will definitely be back to see more shows at this venue and cannot wait to enjoy the Aquabats again soon!

I expected the line up: Aquabats, Deadman's Party, E-Beat

by Not happy with the order of the line up on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

I have attended this concert a number of times over the years. Aquabats is very entertaining opening act. I had no way of knowing they became headliners. I expected English Beat to headline and bought my tickets for that purpose. Although I enjoy Aquabats, the public wanted English Beat. They were terrific as was Deadman's party. Unfortunately I arrived late into the opening act thinking it would be Aquabats and as a result missed Deadman's Party. But horns section of DMP joined English Beat and it was amazing. Please make the order of performance clear in the future

    it was just okay

by Alby on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

I failed to find the order of the bands anywhere, and I certainly would have been concerned if I knew in advance that the opening act was only going to perform a rushed 30 minute set. The English Beat seat wasn't much longer and was also a little disappointing. I left before the Aquabats came on as I didn't know any of their songs, plus they seemed geared to kids. Glad they had the concert, but not happy with how short the good bands played.

    Arriving to events needs work!

by Gonzo65 on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

Although not directly related to Ticketmaster it does affect arriving to the venue. Instructions provided did not account for the Uber and Lyft only lanes that caused massive traffic due to bottle neck as well as the lane closures when exiting the Fwy. These obstructions caused major traffic jams and need to be better addressed for next year. Please advise complex to look more thoroughly into these traffic jam issues.

    A total blast!!!

by J. S. on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

Show started at 6 -ended at 10; 3 bands-all were great. The Aquabats put on a show that is as much an experience as a concert. We saw kids in full Aquabats costumes there with their parents and everyone was up and dancing and laughing. Highly recommend, but only if you want to have fun!

It was our kids' first concert of real bands and then on top of that spending the day at the OC Fair was an absolute BLAST!!!!

I wish i had known how ridiculously awful this band was

by Eric Smith on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

The pre bands were better. Maybe just not my taste. I'm sure anyone under 10 yr old would have been entertained.

    Aqua who?

by C on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

Dead man's party was excellent but Way Too Short and English Beat was fabulous, they had the audience on their feet dancing the whole time. Then I heard everybody around me asking who are the Aquabats? I noticed at least 50 people around me had left. Then they came on and I saw other people leaving until we left on the 2nd song. (We wanted to give them a chance) That was really weird and not entertaining for the crowd that was there, I think the kids enjoyed it but I didn't want to go to a kids show ?!?

    Good bands, too much alcohol

by Wetandfire on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

Bands were great put on a great show. Outdoor stadium was a good option. Good sound and lighting. Aquabats are such a fun band that really works the crowd. Only issues are alcohol related. Two drunk and skunks guys kept yelling obscenities between all the songs and a drunk guy got onstage and started kicking bandmembers. None of this is the bands fault. Stadium needs a better alcohol policy.

by Oingo Boingo Fan on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

We are huge Oingo Boingo fans and loved Dead Man's Party and English Beat. First time hearing Aquabats. They were entertaining, but not our cup of tea. Overall a great time at a great venue.

    Fun Show

by Scott 67 on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

Our first time seeing Dead Man’s Party. We thought they put on a great show. Can’t wait to see them at other venues. The English Beat were just incredible. Have seen them several times but this show was on point. We couldn’t believe they weren’t the headliners. Now, Aquabats just didn’t do it for us. We made it through 4 songs and ended up leaving. A little to corny for our taste. I know they have a big following and a lot of people seemed to like them.

    Bait and Switch

by 80s Girl in OC on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

The Aquabats are AWFUL. And English Beat looked like the headliner, but only played for an hour. (They were amazing.) The crowd obviously felt baited and switched - everyone looked confused when EB stopped and made way for this unknown band to be the headliner. Dead Man’s Party for only 30m at 6:00 sharp?? Ugh - terrible planning.

    So good

by Sharmac on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

I loved everything about this event! My seats were awesome! Price was good! Bathrooms were clean, even the sinks were pretty cool from the 1800’s! But the best was the music!!! Definitely going again next year! Aquabats is the most entertaining band! Love them💚

    Mixed

by Mitch on 8/17/21The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa Mesa

We really enjoyed the 1st 2 bands but the Aquabats where the worst thing I ever heard and could not believe how many people left after the 3rd song. :(

    Fun for the whole family

by Car Fixing Guy on 11/20/19Vinyl at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas - Las Vegas

The Aquabats always deliver. We took our 8 and 4 year old for a family concert. We all had such a good time! They were high energy, sounded great, and fully engaged with the crowd. They played old and new songs that all sounded like their records. the MC Bat Commander made sure all the little ones were safe, looked after, and entertained.

    STILL AMAZING

by WALRUS on 11/19/19Vinyl at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas - Las Vegas

I saw this band when I was just out high school and thought they were unbelievable then and the show on Friday was just as good if not better. Will always love this band!
