The American was an awesome event! Steer wrestling was exciting as well as the team roping. Only thing I would have like to see is that the barrel racing had more lenght for the horses to do what they do best,run. Rasmussen was comical also!
cant wait to go again next yr! we sat three rows up from our seats last yr and were equally pleased. good times with friends and very affordable. no complaints here.
Sorry to say I purchased a $168 ticket us paid $9 for insurance and could not attend because the roads were ice and sleet and I had to drive 200 miles. I did watch it on TV and wish I was there. The event is awesome but the insurance would not pay. THAT SUCKS!!! DO NOT Get the insurance!!
This was our second year to attend and both were amazing. The possibility of anyone related to the rodeo world with a chance to compete much less earn a million dollars is amazing. Also being held at AT&T Stadium what more could you ask for. The set up was perfect. The atmosphere was great. My only complaint would be is it's once a year not more.
The show over all is the BEST.... much better than anything out there.
This rodeo is awesome! The pay off, the excitement, the contestants and their stories. May it continue to grow in popularity!
Great event filled with toughness, tributes and inspiration. Lots of suspense and dreams fulfilled. Americana at its best!
This years The American Rodeo was not worth the cost to attend. I was disappointed in the lack of entertainment compared to last years event. Yes, it's nice to see the top rodeo people, but for what tickets cost, parking, and exaggerated food and beverage prices, best to watch it on TV. It was really no different than going to a local rodeo.
The selection of seats was terrible. Lots of good seats unused, but not available to buy. This forced everyone to have worse seats in the end zone areas. Terrible for fans buying tickets,. Bad PR for the event....
Although the events moved a little slow, all and all it was well done..The prices at the food vendors were really to high. but, the people were polite and did a good job. Our worst experience was being mad to stand out side in the cold rain both Saturday and Sunday..I can not see why they couldn't let us in a little early---The help were there, just standing inside the doors looking at us..Also the outside vendors would have been better serve to set up on the food concourse---they would have many more customers and and sales, when the weather was bad...thx.
The American is an amazing event best rodeo in the world and I support RFDtv but I do hope they fix some rules that need immediate attention in the bull riding and steer wrestling.
The best rodeo in Texas!! I will go every year from now on!!!
We love The American Rodeo. Wish they will bring the NFR Finals to Dallas!
We have been to lots of rodeos but this was a first for my niece and she loved it. They did a great job.
Awesome show but it's a bit too long. 5 hours is too much.
Very well put together and run! No action was missed, prices for food was astronomical!
