Constant Merchandise Hawking & Too Long!

    by DLG on 4/15/23

Saw show in Austin on 4/14. Had rounded up grandkids and parents. While I understand this event is for helping save cats, the amount of rambling and talking and CONSTANTLY promoting their merchandise was ridiculous! I felt like I was at a timeshare pitch. Also had I realized they were going to announce that the doors lock and no one can leave to use the bathroom during the show I would not have participated nor taken kids. All 11 of us who went were bored and the kids just could hardly make it through. I would rather the show be an hour shorter and cut out the sales pitches and the droning on and on talking … btw we had purchased merch before the show and they are lucky we did because I sure would not have bought any after having been badgered for 2 hours! It was a very disappointing experience. Show the cats, do their tricks, maybe some funny costumes and entertain.

Loved The Show - Will Attend Again For Sure

    by V. L. on 2/19/19TCC Leo Rich Theatre - Tucson - Tucson

We loved the show, very entertaining and for a good cause. The only minor issue is that they didn't start on time (because of people still getting drinks, etc. in the lobby) meaning those of us that made it a point to be on time and seated early sat for 30 minutes waiting for the show to start. Again, we loved every minute of the show, this is our third time attending over the years, but we would appreciate it if some announcement could be made in the lobby that anyone not seated by 7 PM will have to be allowed in during a time that no cats are on-stage or something, so that the doors can be shut and the show can start on-time.
