THE AIRBORNE TOXIC EVENT IN CONCERT:
Back in 2008, the Airborne Toxic Event infiltrated the airwaves with their driving rock number "Sometime Around Midnight," generating significant buzz and receiving the seal of approval from none other than U2. Today, the Airborne Toxic Event leave fans awestruck with lush viola melodies and catchy guitar riffs during their fierce live shows. The band's performances wouldn't be complete without signature hits like "Changing" as they treat audiences to a fan-oriented show on their exciting string of 2014 tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Los Angeles native Mikel Jollett began penning songs after a series of unfortunate life events occurred in 2006, coincidentally meeting drummer Daren Taylor around the same time and thus forming the Airborne Toxic Event. Through mutual friends and chance encounters, keyboardist Steven Chen, upright bassist Noah Harmon, and viola player Anna Bulbrook were added to the lineup, resulting in the band's signature orchestral rock sound. Their 2008 debut album was met with favorable reviews and spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart, followed by extensive touring and regular late-night talk show appearances. 2011's All At Once peaked at No. 5 on the US Rock charts and 2013's Such Hot Blood followed soon after, both receiving acclaim among popular music blogs and magazines. The Airborne Toxic Event packs a serious punch live and are sure to have audiences rocking out at their festival dates in 2014.

"Such a wonderful show. The energy was great, the crowd was awesome, and great set list. One of the best shows for me personally."
"I was sooo impressed with the Airborne Toxic Event the other night... they sounded amazing!!! They were entertaining and fun to watch, and a great show for all ages. "
This was one of the best shows I have ever been to. TATE killed it and the venue was perfect.
The show was electrifying , fun , lights really cool and Mikel and all the band fantastic . Violinist gold star all the way!
The Airborne Toxic Event with Mondo Cozmo. If you miss this I’m sad for you…
Amazing venue- The Beacon Theater …. And the perfect place to see The Airborne Toxic Event. Amazing set, vocals and vibe. This was a long anticipated show after 2 years of delays with COVID.
Stupendous Show!!! The Band was phenomenal & left it all on the Stage.
Long time fan of Airborne...and I've seen them a number of times before. However, this concert was hands-down the BEST! It was as though they polled their true fans and asked what the playlist should be. All the great songs from the latest album as well an awesome selection from their first four albums. Simply awesome. Venue was great, parking was easy (for Boston) and it was a solid 10/10
It was a great show at the House of Blues. The band sounded incredible. Only wish it could have gone on longer as you forget how many fantastic songs they have.
Awesome show. 7 years since they were in Boston. First time seeing them live and I highly recommend.
The Airborne Toxic event was pure energy and bliss, they took the stage with the highest of energy, and through all the powerful and slow songs the energy never dropped once during the almost 2 hour set!
The House of Blues is an excellent venue for concerts. It is intimate yet spacious. Airborne Toxic Event along with Mondo Cozmo rocked the house down. The show was full of energy! ATE played a mix of new and old songs. Overall, a great show!
It’s been 2 years in the waiting for this show due to lockdown and it definitely did NOT disappoint. The set list was great and hit songs from every album. I left feeling so good and danced so much that I was energized.
Intense Band. Great music, great live performance.
I've been a fan for many years, but I finally got to see TATE live in DC on April 2nd and 3rd. They were phenomenal both nights! Incredible energy, stage presence, and lighting. One night they played their newest record from cover to cover (with popular favorites after), and the other night, they played a mix of old favorites and new songs. I appreciated the variety and how they changed up some of their songs to have higher energy live. If you're on the fence, absolutely buy a ticket! I also liked the opener.
Finally, almost two years later, we got to see T.A.T.E.! Loved the venue. Opener Mondo Cosmo was good. Had a great night. T.A.T.E. just not the same without Noah and Anna.
We waited two years to finally see this show and it did not disappoint. The opener, Mondo Cozmo was outstanding and we enjoyed talking to them after the show. The Airborne Toxic Event was superb!! The music, the vocals, the energy...excellent. Highly recommend going to see this show.
Hollywood Park cover to cover was amazing. We've waited 2 years to hear those songs live, thanks for playing the whole album! Despite being a dad of young kids and driving a mini-van since his last tour, Mikel is still an excellent frontman!
Airborne Toxic Event was an absolutely amazing show. If you have not seen them before you should definitely check them out!!!!
Had a great time. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. The band was great. Didn’t try the food. Getting through security was a breeze. They even took my original tickets from 2020! Only criticism. $13.50 Bud Lights. Also asked for a shot of Tito’s and there was no way it was Tito’s. It was a cheap vodka that literally tasted like gasoline. They need to be careful of that. It literally made me ill. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Between my son and I, we racked up a $270.00 bar tab. Again no food. Just drinks. It is expensive!! But Airborne Toxic Event is a fantastic band. Highly recommend seeing them.
Such a good show, everyone was singing and dancing. A really good time seeing a really good band
The complex and venue are awesome. Easy parking, food options next door, great vibe. Also, really great staff, comfortable space, great audio.
