Advance tickets can be purchased in person at The Paramount Box Office (located at 9th Avenue and Pine Street in downtown Seattle), Monday-Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. You can check ticket prices, availability, and purchase tickets by selecting the Get Tickets buttons throughout our website. Please note that additional fees apply to online purchases through our official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, and are not charged when you visit us in person. Our box offices are a walkup service only and do not sell tickets by phone or have access to information on ticket availability by phone.

Photo ID will be required to pick up tickets at Will Call. The Box Office Windows are situated directly under the Theatre marquee.

The 5th Avenue Theatre does not own or operate our own parking garage. We have valued parking partners who have various parking rates for guests attending shows throughout the season! The 5th Avenue Theatre does not issue refunds or provide customer service support for parking. The US Bank Center Garage (550 Union Street or 1465 6th Avenue, formerly City Center Garage) is a block and a half north of the theater. The entrances are on Union Street between 5th and 6th Avenue or on 6th Avenue between Union and Pike Streets. The 6th Avenue Garage (1301 6th Avenue, AKA the Hilton Garage) is just behind the theater. Guests may either walk around the block or use an underground tunnel (requires climbing a steep set of stairs). The entrance is on 6th Avenue between University and Union Streets. The Union Square Garage (601 Union Street) is a block and a half behind the theater and has an underground tunnel from the Union Square buildings to the theater (requires climbing a steep set of stairs). The entrances are on 7th Avenue between Union and University Streets or on 6th Avenue and University (be careful to stay left so you don't wind up on I-5).
