great quality of tennis for a decent price. my only complaint is the hot weather. i would have started the play at 6:30, not 5:30. i think you would have more people come since it's over triple digits here in Dallas. also, starting late means more people can get here after work.

I only went to see the first match of the day Sabine Lisicki vs Adriana Brianti. Lisicki is my favorite female player in the world right now. I am from Germany, that's why .. It was very hot and the stands were made of fresh cut lumber which were only temporary stands. There were not a lot of people at the match which didn't matter, as the people who came got to see a world class match which was dominated by Lisicki. I will go again on Saturday to see the final, granted Lisicki wins all of her next matches. It was great to see Texas bring some of the world's best female players to the DFW area and if they will have another tournament next year, they can count me in, regardless of who will play. I will only give 4 stars because the atmosphere in the ''stadium'' wasn't that great, and I believe this is a result of poor advertising. If they will advertise this event better next year, I am sure there will be many more to come!

fun and interesting tennis on the WTA circuit. Nice to have in the DFW.

We were surprised the bleachers were not finished, as the hotel had plenty of time to complete them. So the sun was blasting and there was limited seating and no covered areas. The staff was friendly and mostly courteous and the food and restrooms were nice.

This event is ourdoors and extremely hot. However, if you can stand the heat, it's worth it. A great opportunity to see some quality tennis up close.
