Tennessee Volunteers Baseball Tickets

Love this team so much!! Amazing skills and they play with big hearts!!! This was game 12? for me!!! I hope they make it to Omaha! I will be there!!!

The game was awesome when I finally found my tickets. Downl9aded them the day before but not tickets when i went to get them. Called TN ticket office and they said they would print and be at gate. Got to gate and no tickets. Thank goodness for Dallas who saved the day. He used safari and got them. Told me I would have to reload app. GBO

I haven't been to Tennessee's ballpark since Tod Helton played. It is a awesome venue and a great place to watch a baseball game. The crowd atmosphere was electric as well.

UT baseball games are always fun but our seats in the new section beside the visitors dugout put the pole for the nets in the middle of our view making the experience not as enjoyable.

We enjoy going to watch the Vols play baseball. This stadium doesn’t have a bad seat in the house. If you have not been I recommend going.

Really wanted to give 5 stars but my concession experience left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) The game itself, the venue and parking was great. The concessions leave much to be desired. Lines were long and service was slow. The concession areas ran out of multiple items by the 5th inning. It’s as though they weren’t prepared. If that wasn’t bad enough, the ordering system didn’t take this into account. By getting rid of people working at cash registers, and nobody monitoring the system. You were able to order things that concession stand did not have. After waiting 15 minutes for my food I finally asked someone what was taking so long and they said they were out of both pizza and pretzels, which was all I had ordered. Had I not asked I could’ve been standing there the entire game without knowing that my food was never going to be ready. The same applied for people who were ordering bottled soft drinks only to wait and find out that they were out of everything but water. The iPad based ordering system also seemed to slow things down since people had to hunt for the items on the interface versus having an attendant who actually knows what’s there operating the system.

We took our entire family, including 3 grand babies (ages 6, 2 and 1). We had a fantastic day! The weather was perfect, game was fun to watch, we had great seats and the grands loved all the items at the concessions. I hope UT will consider doing this again. It’s hard to get to Knoxville for a game, so this was a great opportunity to see them in our town.
