We paid for a section that was closed and no one seem to answer our questions. We paid for a 35.00 section, on Ticketmaster. We was told that it was open seating which to my understanding was $25. When asked why Ticketmaster had that section to be open, no answer was provided. I left my name and number and was told someone will call before the game was over, but that was not true. My group was not the only ones that experience this!
Everything was great even though it rain. ONLY THING IS THEY HAD THE WRONG TIME ON TICKETS.. SO DRIVING 6 HOURS TO GET THERE HAD TO RERESERVE RENTAL CUZ WOULDN'T MAKE IT ON TIME. ALSO WOULD HAVE LOVED TO KNOW INFORMATION AHEAD OF TIME AS TO WHERE THE BANDS SIT IN THE STADIUM. SO I COULD SIT NEAR MY CHILDREN IN THE BAND.
Seating was great. The game was great parking was the worst. City was beautiful.
Disappointed with limited wheel chair accessibility and seating. Not convenient at all for people in wheel chairs needing accessibility and needing seating accommodations.
i was unable to perform certain functions via my smartphone fortunately i hadnt left my hotel and was able to access a desktop Thankfully, the customer svc agent was a total professional!
Football game was great. Sitting in traffic for two hours a half block from the stadium SUCK. Missed the kick off.
They were Kind, always Smiling. Saying Hello, Goodnight, etc. Very cordial.

Fellas coming together from all over to go to a football game and have fun. Prior servicemembers who were stationed together at one or the other. Sharing war stories and experiences. Great Time!
My online ticketmaster experience was perfect from the ticket selection to payment. The tickets were made available at the will call window at the stadium. I obtained the tickets without issue and enjoyed a great game.

TSU & Austin Peay were pretty evenly matched but TSU struggled till the band went into high gear bringing the team and fans back to life. Too bad they couldn’t sustain it and win Homecoming for alums but it was still a fantastic experience! The band, drum majors, cheerleaders, dancers & fans were superb and great sports. Can’t wait till next year!
The 2 teams were pretty evenly matched but that didn’t mean much. The band was the game to watch! They even breathed life into their team. Unfortunately too little too late- but the whole experience was delightful. Great sportsmanship on part of the teams, the band, cheerleaders, dancers, and the fans were awesome!
We came from Atlanta as a large group. We purchased our tickets online. There was nothing showing on the ticket to indicate that we needed to carry very small bags or no bags at all. We were unable to put our bags away due to our charter bus having driven off to go park . Part of our party was unable to enter Nissan Stadium to watch the game. So that means that some of our party wasted their money.
Great seats, great game, great crowd, band off the chain!! And we won!!! Go TSU Tigers!!
Reasonable rice for an excellent event. Def good family and community event. Go Big Blue!
We had great seats!!!! TSU has the some of the best tailgaters! DJ's everywhere so a lot of dancing, so much food, some of the friendliest people, and TSU spirit from some of the youngest to the oldest! GO White and Blue!

I'm a ASU fan, but the game was great. I can't wait until next year. We will make a come back.
My sister and I had so much fun at the game. My sister's son attends Tennessee State University (TSU), so we used the event as a chance to visit with him. We cheered, danced, and screamed just like it was our team. We were having so much fun, someone asked us when did we graduate from TSU. We told him that we graduated from Alabama A&M University, but we wanted to blend in with the audience.
